Poor customer service, 3rd time I leave this location with out cookies due to extreme wait times. Tanisha of the Kendall location was extremely rude and blatantly ignored multiple customers , and avoided eye contact. When I finally got her attention she told me I needed to speak to another staff member, who was clearly overwhelmed. She did this to multiple people not just me. Previously the same employee was rude to me a few months ago, and when I requested a refund, it was never issued, she just said it was to get me out of the way, and I ended up having to call the store several days later to get my refund. This evening I went to the Kendall location, to pick up small token of gratitude for my crew. I had placed an online order for pick up at 8:50. When I arrived the line was out the door, with other preorders as they were no longer taking in person orders. Around 9:30 I started getting upset because they had several orders still ahead of mine, and most of the flavors were sold out. When I tried to get Tanisha’s attention I was faced with nothing but disrespect. At about 9:40PM I finally asked for the manager to issue a refund. He did not want to give me the employees name , and when I again asked for it again, he reluctantly wrote it on a piece of paper , and issued my refund. This location is so disappointing, waiting almost an hour to leave without my order, and the disrespect from the staff is unacceptable.

I’m not gonna lie…these cookies are delicious. And the line of patrons filling up the store makes it obvious. My problem is the quality, which seems to be deteriorating. The store usually has about 4 hired teenagers (two out front and two “bakers” in the back). The employees out front are hustling like bees trying to juggle Uber drivers and stacks of online orders, which means the casual walk-ins standing in line can pretty much give it up. A single cookie might take the average customer an hour’s wait. It’s not uncommon for customers to walk out. I’ve learned that online ordering is the only way to go. Today, when I finally got my 6-pack of miniature cookies, they were quickly tossed together. The fruit “pizza” cookie looked nothing like the pic, and yes - I would’ve liked my blueberries. Mind you, these were already $15 a box, and at that price, I expect better. Not understanding why management doesn’t hire more staff which would mitigate the need for other staff members to rush. For the price of these treats, they can surely afford the extra hires. Overall, great product, but not sure it’s worth the time or effort anymore.

Every time I come to this crumbl, im always disappointed. The last time, it took the girl in the front 15 minutes to complete my cash payment and this time I went with my sister, not only were they out of the oreo milkshake cookie and had to replace my order, but they also forgot the frosting and sprinkles on my holiday cookie. I keep telling my family to stop coming to crumbl and go to night owl instead because this company is trash. The service was fine, but the front area where they decorate cookies was a disaster and gross. The girls in the back frosting weren't wearing any gloves or hairnets. I work in food service and the practices I've witnessed at these crumbl stores are downright appalling. Will definitely not be returning.

I visited the Crumbl location on Sunday, December 8, and placed an online order at 5 PM for pickup at 6:30 PM. When I arrived at 6:35 PM, I was not greeted or assisted right away. After waiting for a bit, I approached one of the employees, who looked up my name in their system but couldn’t find it. However, they didn’t communicate this to me, leaving me standing there unsure of what was happening.

Eventually, I discovered my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time. To be fair, I had listed someone else as the pickup person, so the box was under their name instead of mine. Unfortunately, when I checked the box before leaving, I noticed a cookie was missing. I overheard earlier that the brownie cookie was out of stock, but again, the staff didn’t inform me about this. Instead, they handed me the box without saying a word about the missing item.

I ended up leaving the store around 7:20 PM, nearly 45 minutes after I arrived. While the two employees working up front had good attitudes and were polite, the lack of communication was frustrating. To make matters worse, there were only two people managing orders at the front and about eight customers inside at any given time, with only one person visible in the back baking cookies.

Overall, I think the location needs better staffing and communication, especially on busy days like Sundays, to provide a smoother...

I recently visited with high hopes of trying their new cinnamon square, only to leave feeling thoroughly disappointed. Despite my anticipation, my visit turned out to be a letdown due to the establishment's apparent prioritization of online orders over in-person customers.

Upon arriving, I eagerly approached the cashier to place my order, specifically requesting the cinnamon square that I had heard so much about. To my dismay, I was informed that they were sold out, despite noticing more than ten sitting enticingly in the warmer behind the counter. Perplexed, I questioned the cashier about the availability, only to be told that those were reserved for online orders.

As someone who had made the effort to drive to the restaurant in person, I couldn't help but feel slighted by this discrepancy in treatment between online and in-person customers. It was disheartening to witness how online orders were seemingly prioritized over those of us who chose to patronize the restaurant in real-time.

Overall, my experience left much to be desired. While I understand the importance of accommodating online orders, I believe it shouldn't come at the expense of in-person customers who are equally deserving of a positive dining experience. I hope that in the future, the establishment can find a better balance in serving all its customers, regardless of how they choose to place...
