Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Overall: 3 stars... Dropped from 5 to 3. This is my 1st review for Domino's lower than 5 stars. We USED to love Domino's. ► Quality: decreased in the past 6 months (Lake Mary, FL). Last year it was way better - we ordered every week. Now, we give it a try every 2 to 3 weeks but it has not improved. ► Rewards Program: this deserves a 1 Star. Our orders are average $30-40. We should get Reward points for every $10 spent - not per order. ► Reward Pizza Quality: Who said Quality? No quality at all - it's an absolute joke - ("FREE" LOL) Quality is not same as if it was paid for. It looks 1 inch smaller and 1/2 the cheese... C'mon Why??? ► Delivery vs Pickup: If you pick up the pizza it looks good, but when delivered - it's not. The pizza arrives as if it was 20 minutes away when we live only 5 mins away. If I had to wait more than 40 minutes for a pizza I rather go to Papa Joe's which is across the street. Better value - $28 to feed the family instead of $40. I rather save the $12 for my next order and BUY a cheesy and loaded pizza that is...

An important sanitary rule in the food business is when handling the food after it is cooked, gloves are to be worn. I would hope that because of the virus that and wearing a mask would be a must. Tonight the guy taking the pizza out of the oven, cutting and boxing it was Not wearing gloves and he did NOT have on a Mask. He was leaning over the pizzas and talking over them as well, while he worked. He was also touching his face and his glasses. He has a beard and in ordinary times I would hope that he would wear a net over it which he did not tonight. The guy picking up the sauces that I had purchased had just scratched the bridge of his nose and adjusted his face mask at least two times while I waited. The lady preparing the pizza wore a mask the entire time as she went about her work. Service was friendly and quick. If that's all you care about then I'd recommend these two guys on Lake Mary Blvd. Not good value, especially when you have to throw it...

We have been ordering from Domino's in Lake Mary FL for close to 30 years n have always received excellent service. Tonight my daughter placed an online order for me n I guess Domino's in Lake Mary FL is having a rough night. She did not receive the pizza that she ordered n paid for, for herself. We have been calling Domino's none stop n their phone line is non-stop busy n we received someone else's dessert, that we did not order. Also, the pizza she ordered for me, feels like it just came out of the refrigerator. She is very upset to say the least. In addition the boxes were all extra greasy n our Cinnamon sticks dessert does not taste fresh at all. I hope the owner is able to find out about tonigh's incident, so that steps can be taken to prevent this from happening again. All of our past reviews...
