STOP MAKING US MOVE ALSO DONT GIVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT YALL TRAINING NEW PPL WITH THE FOOD BEING MESS UP BECAUSE I ASK THE EMPLOYEE AND SAID THE MALE MANAGER IS LYING TO ME I WAS BAFFLED. Update 5/17/24 Well there another new manager because no one can make it they are training people 3time this week my order is wrong like what so hard to PUT BACON TO A AVOCADO BACON TOAST !!!!!!! IS THIS BK HAVE IT YALL WAY OR THE CUSTOMER WAY WHO PAYING? IM OWED 6 REDO BUT GUESS WHAT THE OTHER MANAGER GOT FIRED WHO NO BACK SYSTEM THEY DONT LIKE TO GIVE REFUND FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE

Update 2/29/24 I have one question why the older gentleman insists of arguing with people when they want the food a certain way and gives it his way!!!!! I ask for double toasted bagel and first off wrong setting of toasted and two when I let him know he got defensive like guys I'm a women who are you telling yell at me! Also I called to complain they don't do nothing I'm owed 3 refund from the pass manager and nada!

Update 1/4/24 Lord why do we order our food how we want it or hope to have it and these people wanna play 99.9% they give me food I didn't ORDER! I CHECK MY ORDER ALLL THE TIME. 4/12/2023 Check your coffee and your food I order avocado sandwich 9 out of 10 your tomato are always cold. Coffee lately house grounds. Plus why are you guys out of donut at 1pm when you can bake some in the back oh yeah the African American lady big tall she told me they where out which is hard to believe this store need people who really want to work.

Horrible place, I’ve been there few times and the last time i was there the girl taking my order was so rude, i don’t know why I decided to give them another shot and i just went there, their front door/dining area i still locked since the pandemic started and they only work drive thru, the front door is never open like any other DD I’ve been in town, ridiculous to start with but again i went and when i started what it was going to be a large order, i ordered a 12 donuts, i asked for 6 boston cream and the girl stopped me right there and she said we can only give you assorted through the drive thru, i said but the front door is locked therefore forcing me to come through here and she said, yeah I’m sorry, i said are u serious? She again said yeah, I’m sorry one more time, i drove off and called the store to speak to the manager, i called twice with no response, after few rings said, leave a message, as i was driving off there was a gentleman sitting on the floor of the drive thru waiting for his food, maybe he didn’t have a car, he looked at me and said, last time i come to this place. If I could give no stars, I WOULD ! This location is HORRIBLE ! Their customer service is HORRIBLE ! I ordered with this location a few time for my office and every single time I order from them I ALWAYS have to be refunded because they NEVER MAKE THE ORDERS CORRECT ! Today I went into the store to ask for a remake on my meal . First they forgot to put my muffin in the bag with the rest of my food order. My coffee wasn’t made properly . I asked to speak with the manager and I explained the issue I was having and she gives me attitude . She treated me Terribly , as if I was lieing about my order. Also , other employees in the back was trash talking me as if I couldn’t hear as well as the manager . Mind you , I presented the receipt and coffee and I also mention my food was cold and she didn’t want to remake my order nor did she care . This will be the last time I ever order with this location . Idk the managers name but it’s an older Hispanic lady , and she needs to be replaced . This location is SO UNPROFESSIONAL….
