I wish I could have put zero stars. So here is my experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts located on state rd 54 in New Port Richey FL: I arrived and waited about 20 minutes before finally someone was able to take my order, this alone would not have warranted a bad review but it is worth mentioning. So, I go to Dunkin almost every morning, I have come to this particular location a total of three times (I just moved to the area) and all of those times my order was not made correctly and I didn’t realize it until I was back on the road ready to hit traffic on my way to work - This time I knew better and I tried my coffee before leaving the parking lot. I took one sip of what was supposed to be my favorite coffee in the world but instead tasted something that clearly was not even drinkable. I immediately parked and walked inside. I was helped by a young black man who I’m pretty sure sarcastically asked me “so what do you want me to do about it” when I told him that my drink wasn’t made correctly and asked for a new one to be made. A blonde female turned around and said “it’s alright I can just remake it for you” she then went to making a coffee, I had already handed her the one that was already made, she handed it back to me and said “I don’t know if u want to taste it” I took a sip and it was horrid but me (not wanting to be rude) said “Sure, it’s fine” and started to walk out and then everyone behind the counter started to laugh and the girl said “that’s not the right one, that’s your old one”. Let me be clear, I was mocked, laughed at, and belittled because they messed up my order and I kindly asked for my drink to be remade. Hence my review: Bad Service, Bad Coffee, Bad Atmosphere - This place needs to hire some new employees ASAP!! I won’t be coming back and everyone who reads this, drive a few extra minutes up the road you won’t be disappointed.
But Kudos to what I believe must have been the manager who was there when I went back in a third time this morning, he did want to make it right.. But it is too little too late when I was mistreated by Amber and the guy behind the register for what could have and should have been a simple...
Read moreWell today started being stuck in the mud for hours! That being said all I wanted was my favorite vanilla cream filled(powdered) so I go to the drive-thru order three of them I pay with a $5 bill and when the gentleman comes to bring me my change back I tell him keep the change which was a dollar 20 and just give me another donut so he does I hand him another $0.09 to pay for the tax I'm handed a bag with donuts in it no receipt I drive away get about 10 minutes down the road look in the bag and there's only three donuts and their chocolate covered heart-shaped with vanilla cream inside them which is not what I had ordered but they had failed to tell me that they don't carry that kind of vanilla cream filled donut so frustrated I turn around and go back to the Dunkin' donuts where I met by the manager the Indian gentleman where he only gives me change back for three donuts where I began to tell him that I paid for four and he forgot to put one in the bag and how I didn't have a receipt because I wasn't giving one and he argued with me and told me that I was wrong and he can only refund me for what he saw in the bag I asked multiple times for him to get the gentleman over that had ring me up and handed me the bag in the first place and he kept going to refuse so I told him after giving him another 54 cents for a glass of water that I would come inside and we could rectify the situation so that we were not holding up the drive-thru where I was met by not the manager like you would think but younger gentleman named Matthew who could tell that there was something wrong as soon as he's on my face and he not only rectified the situation extremely fast by refunding me the other $1.27 for the donut but he gave me my glass of ice water and he even gave me two extra donuts just for the hassle and the frustration now that's manager material in my book so thank you to Matthew for saving the day his parents obviously raised him right customer service is always number one and...
Read moreMy sister went to this Dunkin’ Donuts through the drive-through this morning to get her usual chai tea latte with an everything bagel. The girl at the drive-through was extremely rude and didn’t want to help her at all maybe because there was a line full of people or maybe because today was a bad day in general. That’s understood but maybe next time she should really be more courteous to a pregnant woman. If you guys are not steaming almond milk explain why you’re not steaming almond milk anymore instead of just saying we cannot do it. I Come from a customer service industry that deals with thousands of dollars of merchandise for customers and our girls will never treat a customer the way this young lady treated my sister in a drive-through. The huffing and puffing in the speaker basically just being straight up rude. She didn’t try to explain the situation she didn’t try to help her choose a different option to sell her anything different she just wanted her gone. So my sister did just that she went to another location and the lady at that location was amazing she explained to her why there were no longer doing that but gave her different options that’s what customer service is all about. This is what you guys have representing your company I think you’re gonna lose a lot of business at this location and maybe you should think about it. Hopefully this feedback is helpful to know that you should not go there in the morning not knowing what you want because the drive-through girl is not gonna treat you right. Maybe you should just go to Starbucks where they make the...
