This is a NEW Dunkin Donuts. If I could rate it negative zero I would. Today was my first time going. Originally my co-workers were telling me that every night they were going to get donuts there were absolutely none available they were told to come back in 2 hours to purchase donuts. My co-worker went to get a dozen donuts a sweet tea and get a cappuccino for me. Usually I get my cappuccino small with sugar and cream. I've never had an issue with an employee putting cream or sugar in my cappuccino out of all the Dunkin Donuts I've been going to for years. My co-worker brought back the cappuccino the cup was 75% full and when I went to drink it it was nothing but bitter coffee there was no cream and no sugar. My coworker stated that she advised them before she left that the cup felt very lightweight like there was barely anything in it. I told her I was going to take the cappuccino back and have them properly fix it but I wanted to call first. When I called a woman picked up with an accent and advised me that she could not put any type of cream inside of my cappuccino and that she did not know why there was no sugar in there. She was completely unprofessional and sat there trying to argue with me the whole time about why sugar and cream wasn't to go in the cappuccino and then proceeded to hang up on me. She also told me that they were closing but that Dunkin Donuts is actually open 24 hours so she was lying to avoid me coming to get the refund. My coworker also was not given a receipt for the cappuccino only the sweet tea and the Donuts. When I finally went back to get a refund I was advised by this person once again that I couldn't have cream in my cappuccino and she basically said she was not giving me a refund because there was no receipt. I even showed her the receipt for the sweet tea and the donuts and advised her that her co-worker did not give a receipt for the cappuccino. She proceeded to argue with me then snatch the cup of coffee out of my hand and slammed the glass sliding door and held my cappuccino at hostage. She finally opened the glass sliding door once another customer was behind me to make an order and told me she was going to give me back the same exact cappuccino and that's all she was going to do she wasn't going to fix it and she wasn't going to give me a refund. I decided not to even continue arguing with her or to leave and contact corporate in the morning. This was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in the customer service industry and she should not be working at anybody's drive-thru or restaurant. The end result was I didn't get any coffee at all and my product was basically stolen back from a Dunkin Donuts employee. No money and no coffee. The tall white lady in the red Polo shirt is the employee that I encountered last night early morning...
Read moreSince this location opened it has been a bad experience on each of my visits. The only thing good about it it’s the closeness to my home and that it has a drive throu. The staff is always rude. When going through the drive throu they make you park on the stop sign after they charge you and then take forever with their order. In the past I had to park and go inside because they had my order wrong. So I started saving myself the time with this and went inside. On my most recent visit the lady gave the order incomplete and when we called her to correct it she was confrontational saying she dis no mistake and after she saw the receipt without apologizing for her attitude she completed it. She seemed to be having a friend over because she spend most of the time I ate there sitting in the back chatting. Even new customers had to scream “Hello hello is there anyone here?!” because even the the door rings when someone enters the store she did no effort in taking care of the client. After they left she went back to the back and left the store completely abandoned in the front while we were still eating here. I don’t understand how they have no supervision or managements on site to correct this! bad experiences over and over. Lesson learned! Not...
