Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Been there a few times, it seems like thier coffee person didn't got enough training or they just find a way to get free sugar and cream all the time. IT IS TOO DAMN FxxKING SWEET ¡!! First time i ordered an ice coffee dark and sweet, which means no or little bit of cream but with more sugar, a bit more then the regular amount, they put a lot cream and at least 10 sugar in that cup, turns out i can't even taste the coffee at all. Next day i ordered a hot coffee, regular, which means with cream and sugar, regular amount, i used to work at dunkin donuts so i know the regular amount for a mid coffee should be 2 cream and 2 sugar, again, when i got my cup, it taste like Fuxking coffee flavored sugar syrup with cream............... absolutely angry, absolutely garbage place to get coffee, absolutely horrible experience, absolutely not going back, and to those who lives in Poinciana and want to buy coffee, drive a little further to 192 if you don't mind or just make your own, because either way is gonna be better than the one you buy over at this place. Definitely need to train your staff more and teach them how to make coffee, and tell them that you don't just pour sugar in the coffee to make it taste "better", you just pour the right...

I ordered a tea, some bacon, and a wake-up wrap, but SPECIFICALLY asked for a bacon cheese bagel. Worker asks "no egg?" and I confirmed with a "yes". Get to the 2nd window, I'm sitting and waiting with the other stuff from my order. The worker finally returns and asks if there was anything else. When I mention the bacon cheese bagel, she starts touching her screen, shaking her head, and then tells me that there's no order for that.

I was already irritated and didn't have time for her bullshit as she had been rushing my order to begin with, asking "anything else?" every. single. time I added something. As I'm driving off I hear: "sHe KnOws sHe diDnT oRdER thAT." Babe, when I was ordering didn't you try to clarify my order by asking me "no egg?".

Keep in mind, when I asked for 4 cream and 4 sugar for my tea, she starts talking about "sweet and light". No, that's not what I said; I'd never word it like that and I don't even know how it relates to my tea. Lucky for me she actually corrected herself out loud and realized that I'm over here talking about cream and sugar.

Rushed my order just to get it wrong. I expected nothing less from a person with tattoos. Ridiculous. No...

Update. A few weeks ago the manager called me questioning me about my poor review and email to corporate. She obviously didn’t read through my review and email before calling and questioning me because she asked me things that I already answered in my complaint. To top it off we just went there this morning and AGAIN I’m missing part of my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Every single time we’ve visited this location there’s been an issue with our order. There’s been times where I’ve ordered doughnuts and have received the wrong flavor doughnuts or the incorrect amount. My significant other has ordered tea and received coffee instead. The food is never fresh. The bagels and croissants are always burnt. Not overcooked, burnt. Black. The doughnuts are never fresh and are always stale. As in if you try to pull or break it in half it just crumbles into pieces and crumbs in your hands. Twice I’ve ordered delivery through a third party app and have only received part of my order. I’d simply go to a different location but this is the only one within a reasonable distance near to my home. This location is also more expensive than other locations...
