It is almost 3 am and I am still sick to my stomach and feeling horrible because I got a Ice coffee instead of a decaffeinated iced coffee. I know it was an honest mistake However, I have felt terrible now since 5 visit o'clock this afternoon. I feel absolutely horrible. When somebody asked for a decaf coffee, please give it to them. Because they can feel very, very sick. By the way, they have done this to me. About 10 times in the past 2 years. I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable. When I order my coffee. I always am very specific that I needed to be decaffeinated. I must mention it at least 3 times while ordering. People can have some very serious issues when it comes to caffeine. My heart is still racing and I feel so sick. This is shameful. What's really pretty upsetting? Also is the fact that I need to be going job searching. And it is so late that obviously. Read moreSo I went up to dunkin's to grab me a midday coffee, and I had the most horrible experience! The North Sebring Duncan sucks they had two workers in there who did not know how to make any drinks I ordered two large drinks both of them were incorrect a large Frozen caramel coffee they added vanilla too for some reason and a holiday signature latte that was white as milk didn't even look like it had an ounce of coffee in it! When they were asked if they could remake it they came up with excuses as to why they couldn't or why it was the way it was! The quality and service at North Duncan's really sucks! Don't waste your time money or efforts come down to South Sebring and go visit this Duncan's because they are always on point they have great customer service and they don't mess up your drinks! Read moreDunkin Manager, you had 2 employees Sunday 22nd, around 7pm who did not want to work whatsoever. Me and another customer were in the drive through trying to order with absolutely no answer. The other customer drove away, I thought you were closed. I walked in and to my surprise there were 2 workers and no other customers. Both workers never spoke or looked up when I walked in, literally looked miserable to be there. I waited a good minute before the girl actually seen me and took my order, then the other male made my drink and when the shots of expresso were done I waited as it sat there on the machine for him to finish up, as apparently the text on his phone was more important for him to finish before my drink.
