Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Seems like I’m not the only one having issues with the afternoon crew. I literally ordered 1 donut /water bottle/ 1 hash brown. She tells me to pull my car around and I waited at the window for 5 minutes… nonetheless they finally came out to hand me my order. I then ask for napkins and she literally looks left and right (great effort) to then tell me she’s out of napkins. Yet 5 minutes prior I went inside to use the restroom and seen that they had napkins out front by the lobby (mind you there was no line inside nor outside ) she then looks at me and goes “excuse me “ and I said to her there are napkins in the lobby do you mind grabbing from those & she gives me this face like I’m Crazy. I work in the industry with a much higher volume of customer service averaging out over $5k in sales a night. On top of that I tipped you while paying for my order. So whom ever this manager name is Abby and corporate definitely need to be hiring better quality students/anyone working there to execute better service. I’m Here at least 4-5x a week. There are multiple employees at this Dunkin who are so blatantly disrespectful. I ordered my coffee this morning and it was 3/4 full. Since I have a dairy allergy, I get almond milk. The girl handed me what looked like a black iced coffee, so I politely asked for a little more almond milk (especially because I understandably pay extra for it ) She rolled her eyes at me and said I guess. When she handed the coffee back, she said nothing and glared at me, slamming the drive thru window. On another instance, I came to this Dunkin on veteran’s day to get my husband, who is a disabled veteran, his free donut. I asked the blonde girl to pick out her favorite/ what she thinks is best. She gave me a nasty look and then handed me a cronut and smirked. It’s such a shame because this is a common occurrence at this particular Dunkin. This morning idk what the girl's problem was at the window but she was rushing me (I know there's a timer for drive thru but I don't think I was anywhere near 160 seconds) and I only got 1 drink and 2 donuts. every other time l've come here the people are nice or at least polite, but she slammed the window shut 1 second after giving me my drink... wow🤩 so blonde girl if you're reading this that was extremely rude of you and I hope you have the day you deserve. I didn't say anything to you or provoke you in any way so I really don't understand it. I know people need money & of course you have the right to work but you should probably stay away from the window cause that was unpleasant & you obviously don't like it, also your pin pad/chip reader was dirty so someone should wipe it down.
