I placed a mobile order at 5 AM location at 28385 State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel. I got to this location at 5:10 AM. I walked in, expecting my order to be ready. I stood there for several moments before I was even acknowledged by a staff member. I told her I was there for a mobile order and was told by the young lady that she was working on my order. Needless to say she was not working on my order about 10 minutes went by and she acknowledged me again and said I’m gonna be working on your order now my order was for three beverages. Another 10 minutes went by and I finally said to the young lady, am I going to get my drinks anytime soon I’ve already been standing here for 25 minutes And I still have not received my drinks. She said I’m sorry I’m working on them. I didn’t have any lemonade or green tea made so I have to make it. I said OK another 10 minutes went by and I finally received my drinks. This is not the first time I had an issue with this location. It happened to me a little over a week ago , I’ve never had such poor service in my life. From the time I placed my order at 5 AM. And I finally walked out the door it was 5:35 AM. I was 25 minutes late for work. This Is unacceptable from my time of waiting for my order. two people come in and walk out because they weren’t even acknowledged. There was no staff upfront. They were all in the back there was even a woman that came in. She did a mobile order through drive-thru and was totally ignored. She had park and come into the store and go to the counter, and stand there for several minutes till a staff member came out to help her. I will never visit this location ever again. I don’t see how this place is. Still operating with all the bad google reviews upper management should be ashamed of themselves for...
Read moreThis location deserves 0 stars. My father preordered and paid ahead for 3 dozen donuts and two boxes of coffee today for a work meeting this morning. When he showed up they had the doors locked, even though it was operating hours. There was no sign on the door and it was obvious the workers inside were ignoring everyone trying to come in. My father got back in his car and went all the way through the busy drive thru to find out what was going on. The drive thru clerk told him to pull forward and park and that someone would come out with his order. He parked and proceeded to make some work calls while he waited, THIRTY MINUTES LATER he realizes they have not come out. So he gets out of his car to go inside because he saw there was people walking inside, and the workers told the gentleman in front of my father to lock the door before he could get in. Realizing the workers were only letting their friends in, my father was livid at this point. He walked all the way up to the drive thru to figure out what was going on AGAIN and they told him they would let him inside to get his order. Come to find out, the order wasn’t even completed yet. They had given one of the boxes of coffee away. So he had to wait longer for them to pour another box of coffee. Meanwhile the manager was screaming at the staff. Still no idea why the doors were locked and they were telling people the kitchen was closed? Everything was extremely unprofessional, some of the worst customer service. My father reached out to me to write this review in his behalf and hes NEVER one to complain. We will no longer be going to this location. Dunkin’ Donuts in general has really gone down hill in the last...
Read morelet’s begin with my order. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and a pump of sweetener, two bagel bites and an egg sausage cheese sandwich. When I got my drink, the matcha wasn’t even mixed properly. there were bits and pieces of the powder all over. I took the first sip and was disgusted. I then pointed out and they said it was because they didn’t have a mixer for it.. and she asked if i had ever had it before. I then stated that I did and she said that i should know the “struggle”. When clearly it’s doable, since at other dunkin’ donuts I have received my drink perfectly with no matcha powder leftover in the drink. So it was just a call of laziness. What got me writing this review was the young lady with black hair and dreads saying “matcha doesn’t mix with oat milk. next time don’t order it with oat milk” with attitude. If that was the case, why has every other starbucks and dunkin manage to do it with oat milk? She clearly doesn’t understand the process of it so why make it. Worst experience ever. do not go to this dunkin!! they have bad attitude and don’t care for their customers. even my bagel bites were cold and my sandwich that i wasn’t even able to eat it. 14 dollars wasted. they definitely need a new staff...
