So I came in this morning for breakfast service was great food was great but what was more better than that was the above and beyond that went on after that. After I was done having my breakfast I turned on my door Dasher app to do some deliveries right away I got a delivery for Dunkin I grab the order brought it to the customer came back got another order brought it to the customer and so forth later on I got a message that the customer allegedly did not get their order properly long story short came back to the Dunkin' Donuts fixed everything and that customer ended up Actually lying about their order after me and the coworkers at Duncan's went over the order we have figured out the customer sent me there in a goose chase after wasting my time my gas and losing time on the clock the girls were nice enough to pitch in out of their tips and buy me a soda it's just the simple gestures like this that go a long way today is April 26th 2023 Wednesday morning afternoon around 11:00 a.m. I just wanted this to be seen by management that the staff you have working today is phenomenal these girls were absolute sweethearts and above and beyond service again it was just a soda but it was the first and only time anybody that I've done deliveries for has done anything nice for me I just wanted to put that out there and say you guys really have a good morning crew and they went above and beyond just to look out for me I appreciate...

Each time I have to ask for the tables to be cleaned off, and my food to be re-heated. Today I ordered a Mocha sig latte, strawberry refresher, a turkey, egg & cheese croissant and a chkn & roasted pepper wrap. The latte was more milk than mocha and hardley any whipped cream on top. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I got the attention of a worker asking for my order. I then heard this employee fuss with the other who was preparing food. Apparently my food was set aside, not yet warmed up, and he had the sausage (pork) not turkey! I heard "what if she can't eat pork!?" After another five minutes I receive my food and asked for another latte since I waited so long, the young man said "ok". Another five minutes and now my spouse gets up to ask for the latte. The lady Kaitelin told him she'd make it. Another ten minutes go by and he asks again only to be told "if you want another coffee you have to pay for it." This location blew it's last shot with me. I suggest they stop hiring "Gen Z" as they know nothing about efficiency and customer service! This is EXACTLY why A.I. will take over all...

Commonly known, as an employee there are certain guidelines you have to follow and that are supposed to be enforced by our GM! Remember, people don't quit because of the job, people quit because of bad bosses! Yes the management here is horrible, and its common to very easily be disrespected by a manager or to be treated like a child! Employees are not treated good here, which does have an affect on the customer service! If anything was to go wrong fingers are automatically pointed at the employees, (White Shirts) When really it should be our GM who should be held accountable! People with families has had their job threatend to be taken from them if they have to call out, or have to be home with a sick child which of course i witnessed! Things are not always as it seems, the General managers are corrupt here and many of the white shirts will tell you if you ask! Some of us stayed because we need the money, while others were forced to l leave due to the intensity of the verbal abuse from the General manager(Male)!
