Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I gave this DD a 1 star because its unsanitary and the employees does not understand English. First incident. I was speaking to an employee via speaker. I asked for the $6.00 Meal Deal. With my Iced coffee and asked for the American Cheese to be substituted for White Cheddar Cheese. The employee said its a bacon egg and cheese we don't do cream cheese. So i repeated WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE. Employee still didn't understand. So i told her its fine I’ll talk to you at the window. Then i asked for the New Chipotle sauce to be added to the side. The woman stated they don't carry Chipotle sauce. I stated “so why are you advertising the New chipotle sauce on their screen” crickets… so i told her its fine ill talk to her at the window. 2ND INCIDENT: drive up to the window. Told her my sandwich its substitute the yellow cheese for the white cheese. She understood now, i WATCHED her pull apart my sandwich WITHOUT GLOVES. And took off everything so she can cook my sandwich with white cheese. Listen, i watched her take money at the window, and she didn't wash her hands and STILL touched my sandwich without gloves. I left. I gave back my drink and left. That was really gross. I know now NOT to come to this DD. Please do...

I usually love coming here. The staff is always friendly but lately it’s chaos, my order has been forgotten more times now in the past 2 months than the past year. It’s gotten to the point that I now do walk ins and still have issues with the fact they have only 1 person making the drinks and walk in orders while 4 people at the drive thru just sit there and watch the 1 person on register struggle.

So I started to do mobile order walk ins. Tell my why I put my order in 20 minutes before I showed up because I know it’s a Friday and they’re going to be busy. Tell me why I had to remind them 3 times while I’m waiting, that my order hasn’t been worked on. Mind you this is as I see all of the drive thru orders and all the regular walk in get their drinks and donuts before I get a dozen donuts and a coffee. I didn’t get my order until 47 fkn minutes AFTER the order was placed and they still got my drink order wrong.

I pointed it out and the lady looked at me and started working on the next order. This place is trash, go to any other dunkin but this one. Until they have 2 people up front, one on register and one helping the register this place isn’t going to...

Horrible service.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience at Dunking at Six Mile today. We were attended for such a rude woman. We couldn’t finished our order because she didn’t have patience to wait for us to place our order. Two orders. Looks like she was not understanding us (we’re American by the way). She rung up.

I had to ask an other order from windows. Just including one item. She made us to park beside the window. It tooks so long to bring our order. When it came our rash browns was missed. I went there to ask for it. An other woman blamed me for making an other order from windows. What? Looks like she was punishing me for didn’t do all orders before? They were rushing us to make the order and rung up the phone before we finished it! What’s happening here is that: we don’t have respect like consumers. What we need is just a service that makes us satisfied. More training for them should help. Thanks God We have this tool to be heard. Because this is the only thing we can do.
