We got take out and spent nearly $40 for 2 people. The sausage and gravy with biscuits, well had a smear of gravy on them. The eggs were hotel buffet flavor and the hashbrowns were way under cooked. Even though there wqs a burnt mark they still tasted half frozen / cold. The pancakes were rubbery. We got it back to the hotel right up the roa to find all this issue after attempting to eat. I called and the manager said to come back and they would fix it. I got back there and there was a blonde lady who came to the counter and asked me where the bad food was, I told her it was sitting in the garbage can back at the hotel. She said rudely... next time bring it back with you. I said the mgr never said to bring it back and she said im sure i heard him tell you to bring it back. Seriously? That is no way to treat anyone. She needs an attitudeadjustment. scratched my head next time? Like it was a reoccurring issue. I said there probably won't be a next time. Got the food back and again the hashbrowns were cold, flash cooked and everything else the same. Horrible quality. I had thought it would of been a good home cooked style meal and well I would of been better off going to IHop or another chain. I called back and the mgr said he would refund me my money. They called me back and couldn't figure out how to refund the card so they would need to give me cash. I drove back a 3rd time for a refund this time. Sometimes you can deal with bad food, sometimes but to be treated the way she did was uncalled for. And well she wasn't quite about it either. The younger girl at the counter at...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I definitely will be back. We ordered shrimp and grits, chicken, and waffles, and I had the crab cake Benedict.
They used real crab meat, and it's made in house, I got my eggs over medium instead of poached and had grits and home fries. We also ordered French toast for all of us to share.
The chicken and waffles were SEASONED, so whoever was on the kitchen understood the assignment A+ 💯♥️ that Chicken was well flavored ABC crispy.
My son got mad when I asked for a 2nd piece of his Chicken he said "chill dad you doing to much" of course my reply was do you want to pay for your own food😏 let's just say I got my 2nd piece of Chicken 😂
The shrimp and grits we're really good as well, I didn't try them, but my friend did, and he cleaned his plate. He didn't want to share, lol. There are quite a few breakfast restaurants in Orlando, and many of them have long wait times. This was definitely worth it, and no wait.
Crab cake Benedict 10 out of 10 Chicken and waffles 10 out of 10 Shrimp and grits 9 out 10 French toast 7 out of 10 Home fries 10 out of 10 Grits 10 out of 10 (not water, well made)
The only reason I gave the food 4 instead of five stars is because they had a piece of bacon in my crab cake. I sent it back, no problem. I don't eat pork. Otherwise, all was great, I'll be back in my Terminator voice lol😎
We went to SeaWorld for the grand opening of their new roller ride, the Surf Coaster. We visited the restaurant right after leaving the park on Saturday,...
Read moreHands down worst service I have ever experienced. Not busy, many people working. 20 min to take our drink order and then we ordered our at the same time. 20 more minutes before the food came. It was obvious they forgot to put our order in. When I said something I was told it would be right out. Ten minutes later as I got up to leave the waitress came walking out of the kitchen with our food. So we sat back down and home fries were cold, biscuits were microwaved. I had to flag down our waitress to say something because she obviously gave up on the table. I expressed how I was upset about how long to food took and this lady has the nerve to reply with “for us it was only 20 minutes because that the time since I put in the order”. I let the manager know, nice guy and very apologetic. He tried to comp the whole meal but at that point it wasn’t about the money. I insisted on paying for what was eaten by who I was with....
