Good evening. Today was my daughter Birthday and I had the best experience and excellent customer service from Israel , a very polite and sweet employee from Swarovski on Naples store. I live in Miami Beach and my daughter Tainá lives in Naples and unfortunately I couldn’t go to enjoy her birthday together. I called to Swarovski in Naples as soon as the store opened and Israel provided to me everything I needed to help me to do my daughter an special day with a beautiful gift. He called to her to pick up my gift, and contacted me since I bought the rings until to the end that i surprised my daughter with that gift. He was wonderful, the best customer service EVER!! I sent my wedding ring to the Naples location for repair in August 2022. However, to my dismay, the ring was lost during the repair process. Despite numerous attempts to recover my ring, both through customer support and direct contact with the location, I have been unsuccessful in locating it. The Naples location has acknowledged that they lost my wedding ring but has been unable to provide me with any explanation for how this happened.

As a result of their mistake, the only alternative offered to me was to receive a ring of similar value. However, this has proven to be a difficult option as the style of my original wedding ring is no longer available, leaving me with very few replacement options. I am getting married in 2 years and have been struggling to find a jewelry store (besides pandora) to work with me on finding a set to give my bridesmaid the employee Jordan was the one who helped me and he was super helpful and understanding. He helped put some sets together and even told a set that I am particularly interested in was no longer going to be sold next year and helped me find a backup set in case I couldn't get the set in time.
