Tory Burch — Local services in Naples

I went to Tory Burch for my first time because my friend loves the brand. I do not know if it is the area in which the store is located in, but I felt unwelcome and discriminated against. Not sure if it’s because I’m hispanic or that u was dressed in my leggings and maybe looked like I didn’t have the financial stance to be in the store. I looked around and no one even approached me to see if I needed help. Once I selected the sandals I wanted I sat trying them on and no came to me to see if I needed a different size or color. I felt very uneasy. At the end, the only hispanic employee thankfully came over and helped me. This was after about 5-7 minutes of just sitting there and mind you the other attendants were free. My twin sister and I arrived to the store to find a gift for my best friend. A young dark-haired lady by the name of Andrea assisted us. We told Andrea several times that we would walk around the store and let her know when we had any questions yet she continued to follow us around the store. I felt very offended when I asked her for the price of the red and black heel boots and she stated, “Oh no, that’s dangerous. Don’t even look there, way too expensive.” I couldn’t believe that she stated that when I did not even tell her my budget upon entering the store. I understand that we were wearing workout clothing yet that’s not an excuse to assume our budget. I bought a pair of Tory Burch flip flops July Friday July 3, 2021. I have had these on maybe 3 times. I put them on today and noticed it was coming unglued as I will show in photo! So I took them back today for a replacement. SHARON MUNOZ the manger supposedly comes out and very rudely says she will replace them this time but not again! I should have ask if she was the owner she was so arrogant! But probably just a worker that thinks she is the owner!! I have bought 2 pair of these this month the light tan and black with a purse!
