This is one of the best hotel-casinos I've visited in the US. Visually, the grounds are impeccable inside and out. Loved the layout and all the design/decor elements indoors, it was both modern and classy. Fun collection of music attire on display around the facilities, including outfits worn by the Supremes, the Temptations, and my favorite, Madonna's entire Like A Virgin ensemble. The water feature inside the lobby area is beautiful and relaxing. The guitar-shaped hotel is just so unique and visually stunning, especially when they do the late night neon light show, which was awesome to watch from the pool area. I didn't stay in the hotel but the rooms look amazing especially the suites. Dining was good, the actual HRC was too busy so we tried the Asian concept restaurant which was pretty good. Sales staff in the HRC rock shops are super fun and helpful. When they saw me shopping the collectible pins, they showed me some additional pins at the register. FYI to the pin collectors, the two different rock shops on site have some different pins so be sure to visit both locations. Finally, the casino has a good variety of table games, but perhaps not the most exciting collection of slot machines I've ever seen. I lost $100 on slots but fortunately my partner fared much better with a 4 figure win on poker. Thank you for that parting gift which paid for my entire vacation! Final words for those concerned about sanitation, I would say the entire grounds are impeccably cleaned and all reasonable precautions taken in this modern era. Masks were required indoors and nothing ever was crowded. I have to say this entire facility has a great team making sure their business is open safely and providing great experiences for patrons while employing locals. Great...

Read moreGreetings! My sense of humanity compelled me to write this review. I want to clarify that I am taking a neutral side to everything I will reveal. I will follow a chronological order in this review. Arriving to the place I wrote my name on the waiting list to be an approximate wait of 30 minutes, but I was called in 15 instead of 30 minutes. That was a plus. Sitting down the waiter came over to ask for drinks, which I was not ready to order. Taking a look at the drinks menu, literally I was shocked. I am talking about drinks with alcohol, the price started at $15 a glass. I planned to order one drink to evaluate the quality and the service. The drink was a tropical margarita. The glass was smaller than what it is shown on the drink menu, full of ice from bottom to top, and watery flavor in all senses. This is a steal and disrespect to customers. My advice do not waste your time or money on drinks at this place. Checking out the menu for food, I noticed right away how limited it was, then decided to order burgers. The burgers start at an $18 price, which I was hesitant but decided to go ahead and put myself to the test. I went ahead and ordered two burgers BBQ bacon and mushroom swiss burgers. The server brought them after a while and they were cold as well as the fries and onion rings, barely any flavor. Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant and I won't consider this place for future visits. I hope my review can help other people. Sincerely, thanks...
