DO NOT go here for your airport food. They tricked me out of a $3 tip, then refused to refund it.
This is a counter service coffee shop. No table service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. When I inserted my card, there was a prompt for a tip. For what? This is take out food. Even worse was there was no option for zero tip. The clerk did not speak to me at all or offer any assistance. When I saw that I was charged an extra $3, I demanded a full refund and gave them back their food.
Now, the drama starts. Now the clerk has plenty to say. She could not refund me but a "manager" had to. The manager finally came out, very rude, very verbally abusive. The offending clerk NOW lies and tells the manager she told me how to do the no tip but I didn't listen. SHE SAID NOTHING. The manager then only refunded me $12.25, not the $15.59 I was charged. They still kept the extra $3. She tried to distract me saying it was my fault because I didn't read the sign. When I read the sign, it only explained the credit card usage fee. Nothing on the sign had anything to do with tips. Do I really look that stupid?
I demanded the extra $3 to be refunded. She refused and got VERY aggressive, telling me "go head on now" and threatened me 3 different times with a threat to call law enforcement.
Is this any way for a "manager" to behave? In front of a huge line of customers, in a public arena, repeatedly telling me "go head on now" and threatening me with arrest. Now I know why the clerks are so rude. It starts at the top.
At NO time did I yell, curse or threaten anyone. But anytime one stands up to a bully they get angry.
Never did get my money refunded, they kept it.

The employee said she watched my wife walk away with the receipt and saw my toddler throw the receipt in the trash. She said she cannot make the order unless the receipt is handed to her. She instructed my wife to grab the receipt out of the trash or else no order will be made.

The employee could have avoided the entire situation, if she had just called my wife back when she saw her walking away with the receipt. Instead she chose confrontation and continued being rude — asking us to grab the receipt from the trash. Very shameful and poor...

The cashier Sara based on the receipt since she refused to give me her name had me wait on line and when I asked if I could approach, in an arrogant response said "I said next". My presence along with how she was seen speaking to customers was just poor people skills. She gave me the total amount and I had to ask her 3x because could not hear her but she refused to repeat herself so I had to repeat what I thought she said and she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips. She made the coffee and warmed the croissant. As I left, out loud she was saying to her colleague that she was a grown woman not a child and grunted other things while customers looked. I don't normally leave reviews but I fly often and have to do layovers but I will for sure make sure never to spend money. Also, I left the coffee on the side in fear she didn't put almond milk like I asked. I know we are not kids but she acted like one. Not worth having a person who is that sad, upset or miserable to be your customer service front person. You may go out of business if that is the care given to customers.
