Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Florida

There’s the obvious about reviews, when happy it’s good and written, sometimes the bad is seldom written. I had a terrible experience at this Jersey Mikes near The Avenues in Viera. I gave my order clear as day to the order taker, and by the time I got to confirming add ons, which is one step away, it was clear the sandwich was not made and the people behind me order was acknowledged before mine. I was curious of how quickly that could have occurred, but here’s the part moving forward I have to chalk up to time lost, and walk away with my money. After the order taker noticed he did not make the sandwich, HE seem to get an attitude about actually making it, and once done threw the sandwich on the counter and walked away. I think we as consumers enable the behavior of some people by still patronizing if the customer service is not as expected. I in the future will not patronize here again, and stay to the standards that I feel I would give, and should expect...

I am not one to usually complain but by far had one of the WORST experiences here for a New Jersey Mikes this experience didn't win my business.

By far the most loud and absolutely annoying customers in there store. He was disrupting the entire restaurant YELLING and using PROFANITY while there were family eating with kids. Not only did none of the employees say anything to the customer they were playing into his annoying behavior by letting him snap chat his sandwich so he could shout at his phone. He held up the entire line due to filming his sandwich.

Hopefully this was a issue that can be settled with the staff and won't lose all the business that was there but definitely lost mine and I will continue to tell others about...

I've always gotten the turkey club with extra bacon combo with a large cookie and when they're out of the large cookies they let me get 2 small ones, and when I say always, I mean for at least the last 2 years. Well tonight apparently jersey mikes no longer let's that happen or should I say the older lady who's the shift lead, manager or whatever wouldn't let that happen, I could only get chips, since when is that the rule? Also, whenever I ask for extra bacon, the shift lead always specifies 4 pieces to the workers (I'm fine with the amount of bacon I get) and it's ok if she's training new employees but tell them not me. I just don't feel the level of customer service is their anymore compared to 6 months ago, guess I'll just start going to the one on Wickham next to...
