Marlee's Cupcakery & Creamery — Restaurant in Florida

I have had this google account for years and I would love for you to call this a fake profile. This is my personal account and if your only concern is to call people "fake profiles" and not address the clear issue at hand then I don't even know what to say. How about you start addressing why we received this cake instead of calling people fake.

I recently purchased an expensive cake from Marlee's Cupcakery & Creamery, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The cake looked good, but as soon as I tasted it, I knew something was off. The cake had a terrible taste and even made me feel sick after just a few bites. I was extremely disappointed, especially since I had paid a lot of money for it. The staff was not helpful in addressing my concerns, and overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. To say the worst place would be an understatement considering not only was my daughters 21st birthday embarrassing that we even served that garbage to guests, but few of us got sick. Compare it to opening a stick of butter and biting into it. The cake was dry but hey they got their $170 for scamming us. A good business owner calls a customer back and doesn’t ignore the calls, but we aren’t dealing with good business owners or good people. Cute cupcake bakery, I think it’s worth a shot. The cupcakes are actually pretty good however I see why there are mixed reviews so I’m going to share the pros and cons:

Pros: location is right off of Glades road The bakery's ambience and decor are cute and stylish. seating is available if you want to dine in cupcakes were yummy

Cons: customer service was “okay” parking not great, very tight. Busy plaza! make sure you specify exactly what you want, otherwise they will assume for you and you cannot make any exchanges (you have to purchase a new one)
