Friday March 16 /2018 @9:10pm really cold night. Asked for large coffee, lady in her 40's (manager in pink shirt, short hair) said she was "not going to make any more coffe", then she said "we ran out of coffe so I can't make any more", I was in disbelive and asked "MC D's. Ran out of Coffe to make?" then she went back to "I'm not making any more at this time". She stated "no one will come buy coffe at this time", I said, I'm here, I want to buy coffe... Nothing! As I went sit, someone else came in and asked for coffe....SMH. He was told the same thing " I will not make any more coffe at this time". 2 people asking for coffe and she refused to make it, 2 hrs before closing. This was surprising as they normally have great customer service, I did not expect that from a manager. Also BEWARE of the Heavy black TOXIC MOLD coming from under the soda fauntain, SPECIALLY from the door closest to the wall, under straws and napkins (open it, I dare you!), as soon an employee opened the door, it was MOLD central all over the restaurant, everyone was over taken by the horrible smell, Huge Hazard! While I'm at it.... I want to let you know This is a great, safe and central location! If not for the loud homeless guy and his wife blasting FOX News daily after 6pm, they been goin there for the past 5 yrs daily, nothing agains the homeless, we are all humans, but it's the cursing and loud "go Trump", "F' those Commies" and other loud HATE speach towards minorities that is very unacceptable, specially infront of the kids! keep your kids AWAY from the TV area after 6pm... however, this location seems to enjoy the daily show of frightened clients by said homeless couple watching Fox loud enough to be heard at walmart while they eat there, it's actually kind of funny if you want to people watch, the faces of people walking by...

When I entered McDonald's the employee told me to wait a few minutes to serve me, then he came back in 5 minutes and said "if you want me to serve you you have to go through the Troup drivers" Then my daughter ordered the food with great difficulty because the employee was not listening. Then at the window I swiped my digital card and paid. I told the employee that some things were missing. "The employee was upset and spoke very rudely to us." He said no and that was what we had ordered. "Then I told him to give me the Mcflory and scan my card, then I told him that There were two more things missing than what I had ordered and he told me that nothing else was missing. He told me to give him my card again, I told him that he had already swiped the card twice and that I had to see what he had charged me. because the amount was a lot for what he had given me "He spoke horrible to me" I told him that maybe his hearing aids had problems and that's why maybe he wasn't listening. He told me that his hearing aids didn't have a problem but that the one that had a problem It was me because I didn't know how to speak English and he yelled at me in front of my daughter and told me to move away from the window." I was a victim of decriminalization. This man was very aggressive and upset. I told him that's not how you treat a client. I waited outside for someone to come to finish my order and no one came and I had to leave. My 11-year-old girl told me that she was very scared because she thought the man was going to throw...
Read moreDON'T USE THE APP! used their app to do curbside pickup. First time using app which was the worst app, I've ever used. Anyway, paid for my order, go to pick it up and the delivery person said we don't have the two apples pies you ordered. I said you credited me the money back correct? She said, oh no we don't do that you have to go thru the app where you paid. Spent 45 minutes searching the app and found nothing so I entered a complaint on their support sheet. Since then, over a weeks time, I have been trying to get my money back. First they wanted me to prove I didn’t get them. Their app doesn't even store your order. No one told.me to keep the receipt. I never get paper receipts in this world, that's old. It was long gone. So, I printed my credit card charge. They respond saying take it up with the store. That's where I started!!! Plus, I'm disabled and currently am in a cast and can't walk which is why I used the app in the first place. So the bottom line is the app is terrible and if they don't have what you order, because apparently it doesn't have the capability to check the inventory like every other app I've used has, you are out the money because no one knows how to give it back.
