McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Let me just say, the service at this Mc Donald's leaves much to be desired. Let's start by saying that the service is lacking. The team mostly focuses on the Drive thru and completely ignore the dine in customers. You have to reach in to the work space and ask tone served on. If you are lucky, you are treated by an e.ployee but the name.os stephanie (might not be her real name), who greats you with a warm "what?" " we are taking care of the drive thru customers". Nice! At least she is not wrong there. At least she admits thatvthe dine in customers do not mayter. Oh! God forbid that you also ask her for the coin to use the bathroom, her demior personality completely comes out. (Yes you need a coing to usenthe restroom). Needless to say, staff like this need to be making the burgers and not servicing the customers. Lesson, when you see a dining area full empty run! This place has really gone down with this whole computer...

July,3.2022 came today at 10:20 am. I came today to get my breakfast and coffee. Noticed customer was very upset with his order. Customer left very upset. Cuban women who was in charge was very unprofessional saying bad thing about that customer and other who was there trying to order his meal with the associate. For some reason customer left also not happy. Cuban lady say that if the customers do not have money or coupons, we should live and no come back. She was very aggressive and used unprofessional words. (All associates were laughing). I just left , I did not like the way she represented MC Donald’s Company. Customer service is priority for all the company's in this country. I recommend you to do something about it. Believe it or not with this kind of actitudes, MC Donald’s is loosing...

I ordered via drive thru. I asked before ordering if they had a specific happy meal toy the order taker said yes and I asked for it specifically aswell as some chocolate milk. I made the mistake of not double checking the receipt but the order taker put down apple juice instead of chocolate milk, the young lady at the pickup counter was gracious enough to exchange the juice for the milk but I was also given a different toy than the one I asked for. When I went it was somewhat busy so I wouldn't expect them to check but I would of appreciated the honesty if they would of told me that they didn't know or that they didn't have the specific toy. Everyone was nice and polite but I would double check my receipt and bag if I were to...
