For the new McDonalds in front of Wal Mart, my coworker and I just went there at 10:30 on the 9/27/2016.
This was my first time and terrible experience! An order that takes 45 seconds at Cape Coral PKWY location to make took the very bland lady on the intercom with what seemed to be zero emotion or care for her job took over 2 minutes and still didn't get my simple order correctly. A minute later quickly out we had our food and head back to work.
I get to work to eat, our burgers were noticeably undercooked which is hazardous to our health. On too of that the McChicken was not plain with cheese, and one of the three burgers was just not given to us. If it wasn't already bad enough, the fries were mushy and, without any doubt, stale beyond compare.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location to anybody. I'm not happy that I spent my hard earned money after all day of no food to have missing food and the rest unable to eat. I'm allergic to certain add ons to the meal, so I simply had to go hungry until now, after 3 a.m. where I'm now home having to cook and try not to wake the family up.
This location has me severely disappointed to pay over 10 dollars for food just to not be able to eat it. Not happy in the slightest. May not have been that much money, but in this day and age where every penny counts, this irks me slightly. I'm sorry to the owner of this location, but sadly I will not be able to recommend anyone to eat at this place unless some changes are made and someone rights...
Read moreAn hour ago I called the store to let them know my 4 yr old found a wood stick inside her oatmeal. The guy told me it was impossible cause they do the oatmeal. I told him they give the packets and I pour them in (without looking trusting in their food chain products) and mix it, out of the 3 I bought only one of my daughters told me while sitting at the doctors office that there was something in her raising I thought it was just peel but she showed me a tiny piece of wood. Called to let the guy know my daughter could have swallowed it, he closed the call on me. Unfortunately due to one of my other two daughters had an appointment that lasted 2 hrs, and saw this type of behavior on a employee, what was the point to go all the way back to waste time... I know for a fact I won't eat at McDonald's and if it happens that I'm in a hurry that I need to get something from your store and get something I will sue you as the employee and the store!! For not caring and giving lame answers, not even an apology. Good thing I saw it to the nurses in case not believe my daughters words! Disgusted by how this matter was handled...
Read moreWe stopped through the drive-thru to get our 6yo a happy meal and a Oreo McFlurry. On the way home, she ate her meal so she could eat her dessert when she got home before bed. When we got home it looked a little chunky so I took the first bite. CRUNCH!!!!!, WTH? Then the taste hits me. Who the hell puts full coffee beans in a McFlurry? I pulled some out for the photo and it does have some oreo in it but 90% coffee beans. That was the nastiest thing I've ever had and don't think I'll ever be able to eat another one without tasting this in my mind. It's been 30 minutes and I've drank Pepsi, water and ate a few chocolate chip cookies and the taste is still there. When I called back to talk to the night manager to get my order number. (We didn't get a receipt either) I explained what had happened and he made no effort. No "oh no. I'm sorry" ,"if you're able to come by, I'll be glad to make you another one. Or give me your information and maybe we can send you a gift card for the next trip." Normally it's good service and food but it was us and 1 other car. I'm still curious on how coffee beans got into a...
