Firstly I have been coming to this location for 5 years and it everything has been great. Last night though was one of the worst experience getting my food to go. I went thru the drive thru no problem got my food and set off home. When I got home there was a sandwich missing. No problem I thought I jumped in my car and returned. I wasn't mad didn't want any thing for free just can I have my sandwich. The employee who helped me was Victoria she didn't apologize, rolled her eyes as I told her I was missing a sandwich. She then said to me you have to move I said that there is no one in line . She then said to me move or you don't get sandwich. I then said again no one behind me I will just stay here. She then said to me I am calling the cops and proceeds to show me her phone and starts to dial and slams the window shut. I am shocked all I want is the sandwich that I purchased. The original person that helped I waved to thru the glass and she came to the window and I said to her I just want my sandwich you didn't put in the bag. Again no apology but she did say we.are making it. Meanwhile I could clearly see the employee Victoria staring me down. Finally a manager came to the window I told him of Victorias behavior he said you want free something to make up for her behavior. I said no all I wanted was to be treated with respect and get the sandwich I paid for. While he was talking to me she stood behind him and made faces. What has the world come to you. She wasn't able to apply my discount code(I did give it to her after she completed my order) I asked her to cancel my order and redo it so she could apply my discount code. She couldn't do it she went and got the mgr(female). This mgr was the WORST example of a manager. Her attitude was poor and not willing to remedy the situation. I asked her to please cancel my order, redo it and the apply the discount code. She the cursed at me in spanish as she canceled it, aggressively put the money back in my hand. As a manager myself I reminded her of her responsibilities of being a manager. Defused the situation and make sure the customer is happy. Fast forward ro the point where I'm waiting for my order, 15 to 20 min later the cashier said to me that's your order there. I said I have ticket #141 that says 137. She looks at me and walked away. No doubt they were talking about me. If it wasn't that I had to leave I would have had them redo my order because the food was cold at this point. Also, the French fries are delicious but they don't decompose naturally and you should be wary of anything that doesn't decompose. If bacteria aren't eating it... Should you? It's a tough question, but hey, you're looking at a review for a McDonald's so you're the kind of person that asks tough questions.
Let's talk this particular McDonald's. It's clean. The staff are friendly, except during the lunch rush. They're all business then, and that makes sense, can't hold that against them. Manager did speak very critically about another employee in front of all the customers and that wasn't super professional but hey, these things happen.
If you're looking to stuff a few thousand calories in vaguely burger-shaped pods down your throat, then this is an option for you. Keep in mind that there are many, many other options out there but sometimes you just can't beat the sheer speed and convenience as well as low cost of a visit...
