This used to be one of my regular daily stops. That’s done. Taylor came in a few years ago and really got the place in gear. The last year it’s gone downhill, has huge turnover and some employees that have stuck around are very unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. I get the same drink all the time and when it’s wrong they audibly talk negatively about me asking for a remake so now i ask for extra of whatever ingredient on the side and they try to charge me. Ryan used to be one of my favorites but since becoming Assistant Manager, he now hides behind his headset. Tried to charge me for asking for flavored cold foam because it wasn’t a flavor they offered. I had previously ordered it the day before with the manger who didn’t charge me for an additional pump of a different flavor. Read moreI don't like the new location. The kid who took my order messed it up totally. He put hot, it was supposed to be iced. He didn't put 7 pumps of chai. He didn't put light ice. Then the girl making my drink didn't listen to me when I asked her to shake the soy milk before making the drink. I asked her to shake the soy before she poured it and she smiled and poured it anyway. I asked her three times to shake it. Her co worker had to explain to her that I was asking her to shake the box of milk. She thought I wanted her to put the drink in a shaker. 😕

Read moreI was just here at this location and i was extremely disappointed to say the least. I went to this location expecting to get my everyday fall order a DECAF pumpkin spice latte. I was in such a good mood, little did i know i would leave this location with literal heart problems. First they didn’t have ANY of the pumpkin pastry’s. Secondly, i asked for a WARM DECAF LATTE very clearly and was given a ICED REGULAR LATTE, then a HOT REGULAR LATTE. I mean seriously the barista who was assisting me made my TWENTY MINUTE driveway experience the most difficult time of my life.
