Absolutely Worst experience ever at a McDonalds ! I went to this location to pickup a uber eats order the customer ordered a 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and requested extra bbq sauce with their order. After 25 minutes of waiting I finally got the customers order and noticed their was only 1 bbq sauce I politely asked for additional bbq sauce for the customer as I was talking the female curly haired employee was extremely rude and as I was speaking just shut the window in my face and walked away never giving any additional sauces I immediately requested to speak with the red haired female manager on duty. Who then refused to come speak to me or even acknowledge I was there waiting just continued to look over at me making 0 attempts to come address the situation. I then had to walk up to the drive thru nearly getting hit by another car in the drive thru I was able to get the extra bbq sauces for my customer and get their order to them while it was still hot . On my way to drop their order off I received another order request from the same mcdonalds this time for 2 ten piece mcnuggets and 2 large fries . After a another long wait this time closer to 40 minutes I asked the employee running the second window for the names of the rude employees and the managers name which she very nervously refused to give stating she was genuinely fearful if she did she would lose her job she could only confirm. The rude employee was in fact the female with the curly hair and the manager on duty was in fact the woman with the red hair. The employee running the second window was named Kiara and was the most helpful out of every single employee there. She tried getting the manager to come speak with me only to be yelled at as the manager again refused to come address the situation and speak with me about what happened. Kiara ended up trying to be the one to fix the situation be apologetic and stay professional and courteous while sitting at the drive thru waiting for the customers order to be completed in my opinion Kiara should be the manager of this location not the unqualified unprofessional red haired manager currently at the location . Its obvious shes unable to perform the duties required of a managerial position how could you properly manage and run an entire store when you cant even run over to speak with a customer and resolve the issue caused by a rude employee...
Read moreThis is located in Ellenton, Florida. I ordered on the mobile app in the parking lot then I went inside to pick it up. I saw my number on the screen. My husband ordered from the kiosk. My husband received his order within minutes. He received it cold but he got it. He sat down and ate it while I waited for my order 20 minutes later I got up and said I’m still waiting for my order. It was a mobile pick up. I looked up on the screen my mobile order number was gone. The nice gentleman employee asked me what my order was. I showed him on my phone. He went over to a female manager that I just learned her name is Cassadina. So as I waited another 10 minutes, I can hear her using foul language talking about me behind my back saying there’s no way she ordered that she hasn’t been here for 30 minutes and I said excuse me I can hear you. I’m standing right behind you. yes I’ve been waiting that long, I turned my phone around. It showed here the time is right here. This is how long I’ve been here. This is when I put the order in this is the time it is now it’s been 30 minutes.. I posted a photo of her on Facebook to see if anybody else had a Similar situation here and yes, there’s been so many people I had over 60 responses of people complaining about this particular manager how she got this job I don’t know, but she needs to be fired. Immediately. Enough is enough , she was so disrespectful. These employees were so nice and they actually had to correct this manager. I stayed calm. I didn’t respond back to anything else as she’s rolling her eyes giving dirty nasty looks. I just took my order and walked out quietly as the other customers sitting down eating saying I just saw what happened. I’m so sorry that just happened to you that’s not right. In all fairness, I can email the owner of the McDonald’s and show him all the complaints.
