If it were possible at all for me to give this place negative stars, I'd give them negative 10 stars. STAY FAR AWAY from this place at night. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:20ish pm and ordered 3 bacon McDoubles with only ketchup, slivered onions, and extra Mac sauce, a large fry and a sweet tea. 15 minutes sitting in the drive thru, I finally pulled up to get my food. the person in the window asked if I had a Big Mac meal (strike one) told him my order and he walked away. he came back asking what kind of drink I had (strike 2, I just told him 5 seconds ago) he hands me a bag of food and I pulled up a little so I could check it and wouldn't you know, I was given 3 bacon cheeseburgers (all with ketchup, mustard, pickles and regular onions...and NO FRIES (strike 3). I go inside and a woman is standing waiting for food, pissed off because she had been waiting over 20 minutes for her food. she finally gets hers and I'm asked what I needed. I told the person I needed all of it. Mind you, I have already been inside 15 minutes because nobody took a second to ask me if I needed anything beforehand. when it was finally time to start my food (they focused more on making the drive thru orders first even though it was known my order was wrong and I had been waiting) they run out of meat and I had to continue to wait longer. I get my food, and I should have checked my food before leaving, but because I was pissed off for waiting FORTY FIVE MINUTES for my "correct order", I left. when I got home, of course my order was wrong. I was given 3 bacon McDoubles with ketchup and regular onions (no Mac sauce and no slivered onions) and the SMALLEST pieces of bacon, I could hardly see that they were on the sandwich. As I said before, stay away from this place at night. the people there clearly don't care to serve customers in a timely manner or even the right food. and when I was asked for the original receipt (that had a survey link on it) I was completely ignored. Go to a different mcdonalds if you ever get hungry late into the night.
Update from this horrible place (1/19/18)...I should have listened to myself when I told myself not to come back here as mentioned above. I really wished I listened to myself and took the extra 10 minutes to go down the road. Went into the drive thru at 9:30 tonight (yes, another terrible moment at night) I pulled into the drive thru lane furthest away from the building. 6 people in the opposite lane had their orders taken. countless times I spoke into the speaker and nobody responded (no signs saying the lane was closed or speaker broken). I pull up to the drive thru window and the person GIVES ME ATTITUDE. I made a simple order of 20 nuggets, large fry and sweet tea. I pull up to the second window and get THE WRONG ORDER even after telling them what I got. This place seriously needs to clean house, starting at the top with ownership, because he/she clearly doesn't care or read these and obviously the managers...

While every here or there fast food restaurants mistakingly forget to put in parts of your order,this McDonald's goes above and beyond the norm. Last week my family and I went there to get dinner. Ordered a Happy Meal,a couple of cheeseburgers and my wife got a Chicken sandwich value meal with no tomato.Special ordered bacon to be put on($1.50 extra). Soon as we get handed the drink cups,the cashier mentions that they have no fountain drinks available. So why not say that to begin with 🤔. Ok so can I get a milkshake to replace both drinks I paid for,since my daughter wanted dessert. Was told there will be a drink upcharge($1.30). Why would I be charged extra since I bought 2 drinks and you currently have no drinks besides shakes. Ok whatever. Then,upon arriving home,we divy out our orders. Gee look at that, no bacon ($1.50 I paid for) on the chicken sandwich. No sauce for the nuggets(which they asked me about 3 times what kind). Now I know sauces are kinda overlooked,no biggie,but to miss the bacon,which they put a sticky receipt on,is kind of head scratching. Called them to let them know. Proceeded to tell me that couldn't have happened. I'll bring it to you and let you see for yourself. Response,you probably took it off. Wow really. Read moreI'm not one to complain and I usually let stuff go, but staff got order wrong 3 times. Lied about remaking and put the original bag in the new bag. Saw my Muslim wife and put Ham on her Egg and Cheese muffin the 2nd time. I went in the store and respectfully requested a full refend showing the order the 3rd time. The manager came and only said he'd do a partial refund. He or his staff did not care about their quality of service, but decided it would be okay to lie and say they remade the order when they didn't, then proceeded with being racist and throwing ham on my Muslim Wife's egg and cheese which was already cold. I traveled there 3 times. The second time when I went in I heard the lady say to the person making the order it was supposed to be an egg and cheese. So I assumed they got it right and didn't check my order until I got home again, thinking I would be respected. I was wrong and my Wife and I opened it up and it was the same cold meal with ham slapped on. I had been nothing but polite, firm, and respectful until I had to go in the 3rd time, which I still was, until the manager showed me disrespect and disrespected me and my wife by allowing these actions to be tolerated and saw a problem with giving me a full refund. I explained to him the situtation and he didn't care, and I even saw his facial expression change because he was liking the stress I was receiving from being discriminated.
