I was asked to vet this McDonalds and be discreet/and myself. No fancy suit, dress clothes - just come in dressed like I normally would - military camo hat backwards, some regular shoes, bball shorts and military green shirt is what I chose. Doesnt matter what you look or dress like, everyo e gets solid treatment đ!
The Asst Mgr, Leah, and her team Rickiya (order taker), Tarena (hands food over in drive thru and confirms the order is met), Raven (multitasker and delivers food to those waiting who may of had to pull up, or mobile order parking), are PHENOMENAL!
I tried a few McDonalds in the nearby area, even one near a walmart not far from here... other stores could learn alot from this store.
Everything from the dining area to the bathrooms are extremely clean! I have personally gone in right before the lobby closes at night, to first thing in the morning when they open. They ALWAYS hit the mark.
RICKIYA - headstrong, courteous, can multitask as easy as counting her ABC's. She knows her face is the first you will see and it represents her location, but she is smiling & providing exceptional customer service all the time. Her coordination and communication skillset, coupled with that of her teammates is something to behold. She puts the "LIT" in QUA-LIT-Y!
TARENA - No matter how busy it gets, its like second nature. Still makes sure every order is met with the right requested items, including NO SALT requests. Delivers grade a customer service and is extremely efficient. Whether ive ordered for inside or drive thru, she is on her tasks and zeroed in like white on rice. Dont get in her way, her strong work etiquette will roll over you in the most positive way imaginable!
RAVEN - This hard working lady has moves. Although I have only seen her 3-4 times the past few weeks, she is always hustlin', always in stride, also gives exceptional excellence and customer service; she could practically run a register with her left hand, and take orders while bagging items with her right hand w/o breaking a sweat! But unfortunately, God only gave her 2 arms, how unfortunate. Lets cut her some slack... đ¤
LEAH - This assistant Mgr is no joke đ¤. I only got to meet her once, and that was today. But if its of any consequence, especially considering how busy this location is, its under her leadership and having been working so close with her team, like these 3 wonderful, hard working ladies, that keeps this well oiled machine (This McD's Location), running optimally well and exceeding expectations at all times.
Keep up the incredible work all 4 of you do. I know its hard at times, especially when the only time people speak up about you individually is when theyre angry or something is wrong. This is precisely why I have been around to rule out those factors. You each are recognized and appreciated. Unlike most people, I believe excellence should be recognized and acknowledged. Ignore the entitled, the haters, or the customers who make mistakes, or forget to mention something, then cast blame on you! I worked my way up from a normal worker at Popeyes to a store mgr up north, before I moved. Trust me! I know what kind of stuff you all put up with. Just smile and keep it moving! YOU ARE NOTICED and APPRECIATED! I SEE YOU ALL đł!

JAMES, in the front is phenomenal! I wasnt given the dbl cheeseburgers I had ordered, but singles instead. Without a moments notice, he immediately cleared up the matter (though I misunderstood him at first) and knew exactly what should have taken place. Despite my misunderstanding, he calmly and patiently articulated what I needed and was right! Talk about exceptional customer service, patience and empathy... he topped the charts on this one! STILL NO RESPONSE! I WENT THROUGH DRIVE THRU 7/26/22 AND ONCE AGAIN COMMUNICATION ERROR! I LEFT WITH NO FOOD HOWEVER I WAS CHARGED ON THE CARD I USE FOR THE APP. I WILL BE CONTACTING YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE. IF ANYONE USES THE APP AND HAVE A CARD LINKED TO IT YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK YOUR STATEMENT AS YOU MAY BE CHARGED TWICE.
I continue to have APP problems at this restaurant. "Most" the staff has no idea how to handle when "communication" issues come up. Recently I gave my APP code, they took my order, kid at the register just looked at me and said it isn't going through. I then used the same card linked to the APP and it went through fine. However as I looked at my receipt I was charged twice and did not receive the APP price. When I questioned that at the pick up window blatantly had deer in headlights look. I then asked for Manager to explain the above. He apologized however blew me off saying it was my bank not knowing I used the same payment method. He said contact the bank but it's not the bank!! It's the APP!! As a footnote he made NO effort to adjust to the APP price.
I frequent this restaurant several times a week. I had previously rated it a 5. I also want to point out because of the inability of some of the staff I have been charged "DOUBLE" as posted on my card statement. It can be clearly seen as I have two charges same day same price. I currently have about 52k points by using my APP here and I'm just ready to start going to the Burger King, Chik-fil-A or Wendy's in the same general area as it's convenient on my way home from work. On a positive the staff here is very friendly and know me when I come through drive thru and if there is a problem they usually handle on their own.    Read moreI wish I could give this McDonald more than 5 âď¸ x10000⌠We stopped for breakfast at this McDonald today because our girls had a Karate tournament and the service and the staff was AMAZING!!đđŻ We ended up stopping again in our way back home for lunch. Leah, helped us both times. She was so professional and welcoming, she even wished our girls good luck as we were leaving and when we stopped for lunch the girls were excited to show her their medals and she bought them Ice Cream. Now, Iâm not taking the time to write this review because my girls got free ice cream, but because not only our experience was the BEST we had experienced at a fast food restaurant from all the places we have lived and visited all around the country, but the ALL the staff was friendly, smiling, polite, professional and caring. This includes from the once in the back to the cashier, to the lady cleaning, the one running the fries đ line, everyone was AMAZING!! This McDonaldâs ambience should be replicated to ALL fast food restaurant. You can constantly hear the staff complimenting, encouraging, and acknowledging each other, like I heard Leah say âGreat Job guysâ multiple times both in the morning and later on the day.
