McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I had 2 kids and 2 adults I'm my car, ordered over 65$ worth of food and shakes. The shakes were made wrong 2 times. They wanted chocolate, they were given strawberry. One was kept and the other was remade... STILL STRAWBERRY!!!! I get home, our sandwiches are SO GREASY the boxes fell apart. It was a double quarter pounded. There was barley ANY onion or anything on this 15$ meal. It was made so sloppy. Horrible and mind you there was no one else in line. We were asked to pull up to wait on my guess is fries because the sandwiches were cold as ice and made like crap. Our fries were not even half filled up. Then, my daughter big mac..Mac... nothing big about it one patty and was made so half a**. I mean I go to this drive thru because we went out on the boat to watch the sunset and Dolphins and was on a time crunch to get the kids home. So mcds it was... what a waist of my money I WILL NEVER EVER GO to ANY mcds ever again. They ARE ALL THE SAME!!! careless and hire anyone that wants to work there. It's a JOB we are spending our hard earned cash on.. it's either take some pride or don't work there at all. MCDS SET SOME HIGHER STANDARDS!!!! BEFORE YOU GET BOYCOTTED NEXT ON...

I don't normally make bad reviews, but first off they never asked me for what kind of sauce I wanted with my 20 chicken nuggets, so when I got to the window to wait for food I told them I wasn't asked and I would like to have BBQ & Sweet & Sour. The lady apologized for that. So as you can see she wrote the sauces I need on the receipt. Well of course we had to pull up to a parking spot to wait, bc every time I get chicken nuggets that happens (I'm okay with that bc they are always fresh and yummy). Anyway...we wait for about 8-10 mins for the food...I check the bad for all the food and that we have sauce in there. I didn't think I would have to pull out every sauce and read it bc I just told her these sauces. Well i drive home about 10 mins away open the bag out to pass out food and they put nothing but BBQ. Now 10 nuggets were mine and 10 nuggets were my husbands who wanted the Sweet and Sour Sauce and there is NONE in the bag. It just erks me that the sauces were on the receipt yet you didn't give me what I asked for nor did they ask me when ordering what kind I wanted....

They all have nasty attitudes and have no sense of working urgently, it should not take 20 minuets for a shake and fries. Majority of the workers have a nasty attitudes, not only the workers but the managers as well do not have proper training. The drive-thru is just as bad. The tacky attitudes needs to go, there is no need to get mad at a customer who is putting money in your wallet. They never have anything done. On many occasions I've asked for sweet tea and it's not there, how hard is it to make tea..? I shouldn't have to correct a worker on how to make a burger. I shouldn't be eating expired fries. When I ask for something to be corrected I expect it to be done. It shouldn't take you 3 times to get it right. There are only 2 people working there that are pretty decent it's Sean and a black girl who work front counter majority of the time. Those are the only people I want taking my order. On many occasions I have seen the workers yelling and belittling the new employees. That is not okay for anyone in the lobby to be hearing or seeing. Navy Blvd...
