Yesterday, my wife and I decided to dine at Moe’s Restaurant located in Coconut Point, looking forward to a pleasant meal. 🍽 Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, leading to immense disappointment. 😞
Upon arrival, we were greeted not by the aroma of fresh food but by the sight of unprepared meals that looked utterly unappetizing. 🚫 It was immediately clear that the establishment lacked cleanliness; the counters were smeared with residues, contributing to an unwelcoming ambiance. 😖 The tables were in a deplorable state, covered in sauce, remnants of the previous customers’ food, and inexplicably wet, showing a clear disregard for basic dining hygiene. 🍝👎
The neglect extended to basic customer amenities. 🗑 Floor mats were thoughtlessly stacked atop one of the trash cans, rendering it unusable. 🚮 The alternative waste disposal option wasn’t any better, with a spray bottle and a filthy rag carelessly left on it. 💦🧼 The presence of the dirty rag on the spray bottle, particularly distressing, led us to wonder if the same rag was being used to “clean” the tables, a thought that only deepened our concern for the sanitary conditions of the establishment. 🤔😟
Adding to the disappointment, we found the drink station in a deplorable state, with no supplies available for customers and the drink machine itself filthy. 🥤🚫 Even more concerning was the state of the sauces, which had ramekins left inside them, indicating a severe lack of attention and care. 🥫😡
Regrettably, our dining experience deteriorated further after consuming the food. 🍲😔 Both my wife and I felt ill, suspecting massive cross-contamination issues and fearing we might have contracted a bacterial illness due to the evident neglect of food safety practices. 🦠😷 The staff appeared to lack adequate training, as the preparation and handling of our meals seemed haphazard at best. 👨🍳👩🍳❌
Furthermore, my dismay was compounded by the condition of the restrooms. 🚻 The men’s room was conspicuously out of order, forcing me to use the alternative facility. 🚹➡️🚺 To my frustration, after washing my hands, I discovered there were no towels available for drying. 🧼🚫🤲 This lack of basic amenities not only inconvenienced me but also heightened my concerns about the overall hygiene and management practices within the restaurant. 🏢🛑
The aftermath of our visit to Moe’s at Coconut Point has left us feeling sick, to the point where I am battling the urge to vomit. 🤢 It’s disheartening to report such a negative experience from a place where we had hoped to enjoy a satisfying meal. 🍴😞 Our encounter raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness, food safety, customer satisfaction, and overall management of the dining...

Read moreI do not like saying bad things but it is necessary so the manager/owner is aware of our experience and can improve. The staff here especially the young lady who wears her hat backwards is outstanding, she works so hard and is always polite, I visit this location on the weekends and she is usually by herself or with one other person, she is the reason this place is able to keep there door open to even have customers at all. The food is good but not as fresh as it could be probably because short handed and less customers are coming in like it used to be. I remember lines out the door here and now you get right in even with there limited staff. The store is as clean as two people can keep up with which is not very good but it’s understandable with the limited staff. I feel bad for this young lady who is stuck in a catch 22. She can’t work hard enough to keep up with all these demands she is presented with. This is my outside opinion not knowing the behind the scenes details. And the air conditioning could be turned down a little more it is uncomfortable to eat inside. Take my criticism with a positive approach to use as a tool for...
