Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Florida

The coffee was out, no problem. My wife got a coffee right away, but I was waiting for mine. As long as she had hers, I was good to wait. While I waited for the coffee pot to brew, I grabbed my cup (sitting on the counter), the cup that I paid for already, and began to put my creamer and sugar (every morning I put creamer and sugar into my coffee and then I pour the coffee. I asked a girl if the can right in front of me (less than two feet across the counter) was a trash can. She said yes, but you can use the trash at the end of the counter (12 feet away). Then that girl asked the cashier (Zakeria) if I ordered coffee. I heard her ask twice. Z confirmed that I had ordered coffee. The girl came back to me and said “sir, can I have that cup back?” Mind you, the coffee pot wasn’t even a 1/4 full yet…. She was super irritated with me for some reason and it was super obvious… I gave her my cup back. She removed the coffee pot and tried letting the coffee just pour/drip into my cup. It was super slow so she started to pour from the coffee pot turning it sideways while still keeping my cup under the drip from the coffee machine. After 25-30 seconds of this insanity, she had filled my cup 3/4 of the way and handed it to me and told me to move to the end of the line. I was done with her attitude and told her to relax. I finished putting my sugar in my coffee and left. That type of service to start my day was unacceptable. I had just convinced my wife to leave the Starbucks line to come to Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs. That was a mistake! Next time we will all go to Starbucks where the service is ALWAYS top notch and where people are...

Major disappointment. As I arrived in Miami airport and saw it full service, Nathan‘s I was very excited since I grew up in New York, my whole life and now I live in a state where there’s not Nathan‘s.

Anytime I can get Nathan‘s drive extra miles go anywhere I can since I miss it.

So as I started when I saw this Nathan‘s, I was excited And immediately the wonderful hotdogs and French fries.

The place was disgustingly dirty, all on the outside and the inside but I still wanted to get the hotdogs and fries

The service was horrible and they had to be eight employees working, but they were all talking to each other on their phones and doing other things instead of That were waiting on the line of at least 25 people

But finally through all that, I paid my money, waited all my time got my food, and Nathan’s hotdogs were not even the correct wheel. Original Nathan

Not natural casing, no snap, no special spices. I don’t even know if they were Nathan’s hotdogs at all.

I threw the hotdogs out eat eat the fries went to go talk to the people there, and they had no interest at all and hearing from me

Extremely horrible. The attitude of clerk is terribly rude. I'm Korean. I did not order any large-sized menus, but we noticed that all of our orders were large-sized after receivig the recipe. I asked to her about this, and her answer is terrible. She said 'so do you want to put them back all?'. She did not any apologize to me, rather she scolded me. Finally, she said that she would give back 40 cents by the difference of price between regular- and large-sized one. You know what? The actual difference of price is 60 cents. I didn't understand why she gave only 40 cents back to me, but ok, fine. Just a little of money. However, she gave me 20 cents (2*dime), lol. bull sxxt. She is crazy. She thought that I was an Asian who could not distinguish any coin of cents or complain anything. I tried not to think that she disregarded me, but I gave up when she gave me 20 cents saying here was 40 cents. I complained this again, then she did not give any apology and just called her manager.
