Nature's Table coffee — Restaurant in Florida

I can't eat gluten and I asked for a menu. The lady that was taking my order was very rude. She knew nothing at every question I asked her. She then found a gluten free menu and handed it to me. I ordered a tuna salad and asked her how it was served meaning with which salad. She said choices were wheat and white bread. I told her I couldn't eat gluten so I asked her again and she said it was just the tuna alone. That was no salad. She didn't give me alternatives and was not even paying attention. I politely thanked her and went elsewhere. I was with other people who had to wait 30 minutes for their food. They had only one person serving and another taking orders. The success of a business begins with the service. The food, as told by the people I was with, was good but all agreed in a bad review. If you are not attentive and try to give choices to customers like me, who can't eat gluten among other things, then there will always be one bad review. I recommend they hire more people at peak hours to help with food prep and nicer people to take...

I’ve been to this location at the mall several times. I love Nature’s table, but I can’t say the same for the one at the Florida Mall. The speed of service is atrocious, I’ve never waited less than 15-20 minutes for the simplest of orders regardless if there’s a line or not. At first I thought “maybe they’re understaffed” but no. Whenever ** hits the fan everyone comes from the back, to the mess that is the front. I can’t even say it’s the GM’s fault, she hustles. It’s her staff that don’t care about the operation. Had such great service at this location! I'm working in Orlando for a few days and had to place a large order for around 20 people. The manager Dennisha was so helpful with placing the order! They even wrote everyone's names on them to help me out later. When I picked up the order, one of the female employees (I wish I had gotten her name!) helped me carry my food all the way through the mall and to my car. Plus, our whole crew loved the food!
