Good quality food and service, Wednesday sale on sushi is a hit amongst myself and coworkers. Location is just out of convenient reach for our limited lunch time (the traffic on that section of rt 50 is INSANE) but that's usually no biggie, quality is good enough to justify it for us. We just group it together and order ahead so it's quick, easy, grab and go. However.
Sometime in the last two weeks, certain sale rolls are now $1 more than before. Quality is great, prices go up, that is reasonable. What is pretty objectionable is now you also have to make an account (no guest checkout) and pay ahead (I get it, that's fine), and for pickup - Pickup! - there is an additional $3.99 charge. No explanation for why; is it peak times only (all time slots were marked for it)? Is it website/order manager cost? Is it covering some sort of wage? Who knows.
We cannot leave our patients to order ahead by phone. We don't want to gamble on there being the rolls we want in the quantity we desire if we walk in without ordering ahead. We do not have the time to place an order in person and wait for them to make the rolls and still make it back to work on time. I understand there is a price for convenience, but tacking a fee on to pickup orders of all things, when resturants in the area typically do not, doesn't seem like the right way to recoup whatever cost they're covering with it. Unfortunately at this point it's more convenient and the same price to just order from much closer resturants...
Read moreBeyond grateful, for this wonderful place to be here in Spring Hill, FL. I have been begging for years for a Sprouts to come to the area since we usually make a trip to Trinity or stop when we go down to Tampa.
Though it is smaller than some of the other stores of it's kind, for the distance from home, I'll take it. Obviously, it's extremely packed being the grand opening, and honestly, I hope it stays busy. Never leave us.
The staff is so friendly. They all seem happy to be working and eager to help any customers out. They were knowledgeable. I didn't catch the names of the staff we engaged with other than Lily. She was working in the bulk section. She was super sweet and very kind, I don't know her, but I feel like we could be great friends.
The flow of the store is easy to manage. Things are easy to find and as mentioned, the staff can help you find what you're looking for. They offer a lot of great things. I absolutely love to cook, and even during our first quick visit, I found so many ingredients that no other store around carries. Amazon is not always the cheapest, plus I'd much rather shop local.
I will be frequenting this place. I'm so excited. Thank you so much for coming to...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped in just to grab a few snacks for the hotel, figuring it’d be a quick in-and-out. Almost an hour later, we finally left — and here’s why.
Sprouts may be a chain, but this location has a very local, “just here” kind of feel. The layout makes it easy to see the whole store while still focusing on what you’re after. We found freshly prepared meals (wish we could’ve taken them back to the hotel), rows of healthy, single-ingredient foods, and a dried fruit and nut section that was both affordable and loaded with options.
The best part of the visit was the people. While exploring the vitamins and natural health aisle, we met a young man who spent nearly an hour walking us through options. From natural toothpaste (yes, we forgot ours at home) to supplement choices, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. That kind of customer care sticks with you.
If you’ve got a Sprouts near you, do yourself a favor and check it out. You’ll leave with great, healthy items — and maybe a new favorite spot...
