Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunately, I will not be back after waiting almost 15 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese. I expected a little wait but not quite that long, so I was late to work. When I arrived I discovered that I wasn't given a knife, which actually didn't matter as the entire bottom half of my bagel had been placed onto a napkin directly after heating and now had tiny fuzzies and napkin pieces stuck to it, which wouldn't come off without ripping each individual fuzzy off the bottom. So I paid and waited for a breakfast I didn't get to eat any of.

I do feel sympathy for the staff working. There was no one at the registers, so all customers had to ring themselves up on the touch screen kiosks. The only staff I saw were working non-stop behind the counter preparing food. One was on the phone with whom I can only assume was a manager and requested help multiple times, even saying they were "dying up here" - the entire time I waited, no help ever came. As someone who actually used to work for Panera for years, I felt for them because I have personally been there. The girl who handed me my bag did apologize for the wait, which I appreciated. But this was still a very subpar experience and I'd suggest grabbing breakfast somewhere else, as this was a 'calm', late (10am) weekday morning, nowhere near the volume of morning/weekend rush. My only positive note is that the kiosk didn't seem to register that I'd ordered 2 cream cheeses and I was only charged for and received 1, which worked out since I would have then payed even more money for it to still not have a...

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a Panera bread! The restaurant was dirty and unkept. This included, but wasn’t limited to unclean tables, dirty restrooms, no toiletries in the restrooms to utilize such. Upon ordering our food it took over 20 minutes to receive two half-and-half orders. Upon receiving the food, they did not provide any salad dressing in the salad when they were advised of this, they then dumped out half of the salad and put salad dressing in. There were rotten tomatoes in the salad. The drink station was unkept and unclean as well as All of the fountain drinks were non-drinkable due to the excessive carbonation that they had in them because no one had changed the bags in the back. While dining an employee came out and began scooting many chairs across the floor, disturbing customers while they were attempting to eat when the employee was told that they were being disrupted to everyone and interrupting their lunch the employee said sorry and then said, well was your food OK. we brought our concerns about the lack of cleanliness and unkept restaurant to the employee’s attention. Only getting 1 star because it's the lowest option. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in with my 3 year old and 2 month old. When I got my food (2 plates & a drink) I was not offered help, which was not a big deal..i was going to make 2 trips. There were no tables so I went back and asked if I could just get my food to go. The lady behind the counter came back with 1 tiny box and set it on top of my salad and said "have a nice day". After waiting 5 min I finally got her attention to ask for more since clearly a salad, sandwich and mac n cheese would not fit in a tiny box. I was clearly struggling boxing my food on the high top pick up area with a baby and 3 year old and again was not offered help with boxing my to go food. On our way out there was a table opening up so we sat down, my 3 year old spilt her drink, an employee looked right at us and did nothing! Didn't offer a rag, napkins.... Nothing. After being beyond aggrevated I just left. Left the spilt drink and my cup on the table. Will never go back there again. I Am willing to drive 30 min further to the next...
