Bought cookies at 8pm on 2/14/2024. Took one bite of the chocolate covered strawberry cookie in the parking lot and it was extremely sour. Immediately took back into the store and a light haired young lady at the counter agreed with me stating that her and some of the employees thought the same thing and they had determined it was the icing that was so sour. I stated that any cookie sold for Valentine's should be sweet, especially one titled "chocolate covered strawberry ". I asked if I could get a different cookie because to me it was inedible. I have had many Crumbl cookies from multiple locations, but never one that was so sour that I couldn't eat it. The young lady said she would ask the manager. She came back to the counter and said that the manager, a dark haired young lady, said I would have to pay for another cookie. I will not be going back to this location again, not over $5 but because of poor management. The entire time of this occurance the young manager was standing 10 feet from us and despite hearing and seeing the issue never once walked up to help me or the other associate. No servant leadership or any leadership for that matter. While this conversation occurred a customer was told that there was no restroom despite that we all could see a commercial sign on the wall stating Mens/Women's Restroom and a door dash order was lost due...
Read moreMy family and I visited our local Crumbl Cookie for the first time last week, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. My 5-year-old daughter was so excited to try Crumbl, and this was supposed to be a fun outing for us. But instead, it turned into a frustrating experience.
When we walked in, not a single staff member bothered to acknowledge us. They were too busy laughing and chatting among themselves to do their job. We weren’t sure how to order, but had to figure it out on our own because no one seemed interested in helping. It wasn’t just us—other customers who walked in were also ignored.
I don’t know if it’s because the staff seemed young or what, but there’s no excuse for such poor customer service. At the very least, they should acknowledge paying customers. My daughter was visibly upset by the time we got home, and honestly, I was fuming.
If you’re thinking about spending $15 on three cookies here, save your money and go somewhere you’ll actually be treated with respect. This location needs a serious...
Read moreSadly it was the first time I experienced such poor service in one of their franchises. The condition of the store this past Tuesday night was filthy, the attitude of the person handling preorders was awful. No apology for 30 plus minute wait time. Continued for 2 cycles to not handle preorders and just serve register orders. She did not apologize then proceeded in not completing the birthday order with the prepaid sticker by being dishonest and saying they had no more stickers when they did. Handed over boxes dirty with icing. Her attitude was simply awful. The person in the register was professional and tried her best to make up for this one employees shortfall. Its sad that some franchises give attention to proper training in more high traffic areas that ones like in Spring Hill. We don’t by expensive cookies just because its also their known attention to detail. Will not return to this store will drive the extra miles to Trinity where everyone greets you kindly and doesn’t ignore you until...
