This location has totally gone to hell in a hand basket since the current manager took over. When the Female manager was at this location everything was done fast, fresh, and friendly. They were hardly ever short staffed, and even if they were they were never unmanned, never out of stock, and never below par.
Now they are reverse. The staff doesn't smile, NO ONE looks you in the eye for more than a second, and NO ONE does their job. I am in this place at least 2 to 3 times a week and they are always out of cookies, always out of breads, always out of toppings, ect. I have raised the issue with managers in charge and the manager in charge of the store and I get the "talk to the manager" from the Assistant, and the blow off from the manager himself. I have been told on numerous occasions from various people that it's the morning crew in charge of doing those before end of shift and as I can see now they just don't do their job. So my question to corporate is what the hell is this manager doing..? And why has he not been fired as yet?!
Locals and vacationers deserve good food and not crap. This location gets so busy it's not even funny. I have witnessed 3 times now in 2 weeks 2 staff members with the manager out back smoking while 1 person is inside with 4-6 people in line.
Today was the last straw. I asked for lettuce and because they were running low (on a foot long mind you) I get barely enough to cover the one side of bread before they ask what I want next. Then I asked for vinegar and oil and they literally put vinegar and WATER on my sandwich!! I watched and asked the MANAGER about it since he was doing my sandwich. I asked point blank "I have never see oil that was clear. Is this new" I get an unintelligible reply from the manager and not a correction or apology. I had to pay for that item and eat it as I was having an issue with my sugar levels and needed to eat. You could not smell the olive oil. I bit into the sandwich and tasted NO oil. I opened it and did a finger test to see if it felt oily ect and nothing.
When you want in line for 20 minutes with 5 people in front of you the job should have been done like a work of art and speedily at that. That's 2 minutes too long per customer!! But no it wasn't and I am not going to stay quiet any longer.. I ate what I could and had to throw the rest away! What a waste! I demand that Subways get rid of this manager and find someone that cares. Locals are the repeat business. You loose us you loose a lot of those cater and party platter $$. Until I hear back from corporate I will no longer visit this location...

The Sandwich maker told her they were out of that type of bread(will come back to that in a sec.) The Sandwich maker was also pretty rude to that person, but alright I still give people a chance. My grandson wanted a baja chicken plain and such. Normally the toppings person add the sauce, but for some reason the lady put the sauce on top of the chicken right then. I apologize and stated ooh no sauce please I forgot to mention. This lady told me well what are you going to do I can't waste this. It's not what I wanted but just told her ok fine I'll take it for myself. I can't eat the sauce and cheese ( dairy allergy)but felt forced to take the sandwich which was also on Italian herb and cheese bread. On top of ignoring us a good 15 minutes, without acknowledging us, while preparing a online order that came in after we were already in line. But still I tried to be ok with it. I always thought service is take care of ther person in front of you, and work in the online orders. Ok then a customer came in behind me and her order was wrong. The sandwich maker really sounded like she was arguing with the customer, when the customer was only trying to tell her what the mistake was. The customer even said, are you gona let me talk. The sandwich maker then proceeds to get out regular Italian bread from the back, and discard that customers incorrect sandwich. I felt like I'd just been smacked in the face, and told my kids did you see that?!! Can you believe she just told a previous customer there was no regular Italian bread?! Some how a regular Italian sub roll appeared from behind a wall. A simple reach around and tad dah, there it was. And wait a minute, then she remade a sandwich when I was force to get a sandwich that I did not want and allergic too, now come on, something's not right about that. Yea sad times when you can't even be treated fair in a Subway. Let me tell you something money is green, and green makes the world go round. Ms Sabrina you ought to be ashamed of treating customers like that, hope she wasn't a manager and I hope you never have to go through any such thing when trying to get food for your family. So folks its just a sandwich, but everyone should be treated the same, because in the end it's all about the green. So don't waste it...

Here is my message to Subway on their website form. I gave them the better part of a week to reply and fix the problem. Now, they have a public review, advising others that they are defrauding customers.
I went to pick up my Ready By 810PM app order and it wasn't there Employee Jed looked through the app and found the order and it said it was picked up but he never even made it!! He said that their system has been having problems. He said he couldn't fix it so I had to place the order again. I placed another order while in the store, so I wound up paying twice. There is no phone number to call. This wasted a lot of my time and you guys defrauded me by charging me twice. How will you fix this? I have been a very loyal customer to this location for years. I will forgive this, but this kind of stuff CANNOT happen. You want to operate a franchise business where there is no manager to fix something like this and no customer service number to save money, then when stuff like this happens, you have to go above and beyond with the customer to make it right. Please do. At the very least, fix the fraudulent double charge.
