Richey's Roadhouse Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Don't judge a food truck by, well, that it's a food truck! The positive reviews just do not say it well enough, the food here is awesome, the folks preparing it make it fun, and the location just makes it a must-go-to! We had the philly cheese steak and a double burger, both with fries. It was an absolutely frigid night in Port Saint Joe and these folks still put everything into our meal. Perfectly cooked, the flavor amazing and this was after we drove back to our RV campsite 20 mins away! I did not know that a burger could taste that amazing! We didn't eat on the beach across the street because this was late December in Saint Joe and it was COLD with a 25mph wind! One of the top 5 burgers I had…ever! And being 60 years old that says something. I had his Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was fabulous. There were plenty of mushrooms and bacon to top this burger. It was a double patty and it was huge. Definitely recommend this place (too bad it is only a food truck. I can’t imagine what he could pull off with a full restaurant kitchen). The price was very reasonable for what you get and it’s located across the street from the beach. I’d say it is cheaper than your average beach price. Came down from Sunday-Wednesday and was introduced to Richie’s Roadhouse. This was by far the best meal I had my entire trip. I enjoyed it so much, I had to come back before I left on Wednesday. Richie is such a nice guy and genuinely cares about his customers. He found out it was my birthday and even tossed me a free cake (which was delicious like everything else they serve).
