Rocky's Philly Cheesesteaks and Hoagies — Restaurant in Florida

We placed a large order for an employee lunch & asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half & individually wrapped. When the food was delivered & the sandwiches were not cut in half, we didn’t have enough food. We called & spoke to the owner’s daughter/manager. She said that although they have it written down to have the sandwiches cut in half & individually wrapped, it’s just “common sense” for people to eat only 1/2 the sub. I was hoping they would have worked with us & at least offered to do up a few more sandwiches individually wrapped & then I was going to order a bigger order for next time. But with that response, I just said that we wouldn’t order from them again. Today we called b/c it was realized there wasn’t a receipt given. Again the manager/daughter Miriah answered & said that there was “no way that a receipt wasn’t attached to the box” & they can’t give us a duplicate receipt b/c the machine doesn’t keep the receipts for that long. When we pushed back saying that a receipt was needed, she said that she would ask her parents. Then thinking we had hung up she said to someone on her side that we are “entitled” to have asked for a duplicate receipt. Wow! Won’t ever do business...

Good service when you go in to the spot. Horrible customer service with delivery. Food never showed up. The gentleman was very rude when I told him I couldn't hear he said what are deaf. And yes I actually am deaf in 1 ear. Ordered food was told 1 hour. An hour and a half later got a call saying kid was banging on my door. So he left and went to his next delivery, no call, nothing until after he is gone. She tells me wait for food he said I'll be right there. Any minute. 10 more minutes go by. I call back the lady is very rude. Tells me wait in my living room. I live in a 5 bedroom apartment with all studio efficiency. I ask could she just call when he is outside they tell me no just wait. So you can hear him knock. I try to explain I can't and they hang up on me. Good shows up now almost a two whole hours later and I'm re warming my fries in the oven. By far the worst experience I've had with them. I would only recommend them because there food is great but no one deserves to be talk to like that by any one who is supposed to be servicing someone. The owners of this place are nothing but rude and disrespectful. I called to say that my food was wrong and didn’t look right and the owners wife snapped at me. The husband did nothing but complain that they are a small business that does not make enough money. I am all for family businesses but these people will never get my business again. Instead of being kind, understanding and willing to listen, they did nothing but put me down. I can not believe the anger they let out on me. I attached images of the food just to prove that I am not an over picky rude customer trying to get free items. The steak was dry and crumbly. There was no cheese when I specifically said steak and cheese only. The chicken cheesesteak was dripping red oils and was seasoned in something I did not ask for. Everything on the chicken was mushy and soggy. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They aren’t the cheapest, they are rude and miserable and the food sucks.
