I recently had the pleasure of visiting Seasons 52, located in Mercato off Vanderbilt Drive in North Naples, for a work lunch. Seasons 52 prides itself on seasonal cooking and an extensive selection of 52 wines by the glass. As a regular patron of this establishment, I can confidently say that every dining experience at Seasons 52 has been nothing short of outstanding.
The restaurant's concept revolves around offering a menu that changes with the seasons, featuring 100% fresh produce. What sets Seasons 52 apart is its commitment to oak-fire grilling and brick oven roasting, without a fryer in sight. This unique approach ensures that every dish is full of flavor and naturally lighter.
For a working lunch, the lunch menu at Seasons 52 is perfect. Personally, I find the soup and salad combination to be an ideal choice. The soup of the day is always a standout, with fresh and vibrant flavors that showcase the season's best ingredients. During my recent visit in the summer, I had the pleasure of trying their wonderful corn soup, which was both refreshing and delicious. Another highlight is the lobster bisque, bursting with flavor and boasting a creamy and elegant texture.
While the side Caesar salad is my go-to option, I must mention that Seasons 52 also excels in its house-made French fries. These fries are a delightful accompaniment and showcase the restaurant's attention to detail and commitment to quality.
If you're planning a dinner outing, the dinner menu at Seasons 52 is equally impressive. It offers a well-curated selection of seafood and grilled dishes, perfectly complemented by a variety of fun cocktails and wines. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood or a perfectly cooked steak, Seasons 52 has something to satisfy every palate.
One thing to note is that Seasons 52 is always buzzing with activity, and reservations are definitely recommended to secure a table. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant is more geared towards adults, so I wouldn't recommend bringing children along for a dining experience here.
In conclusion, Seasons 52 in North Naples is a fantastic go-to restaurant, particularly for a quick and easy lunch that doesn't compromise on quality. With its focus on seasonal ingredients, exceptional flavors, and an extensive wine selection, Seasons 52 never fails to impress. The attentive service and vibrant ambiance further enhance the dining experience. If you're looking for a high-quality dining option in the area, I highly recommend giving...
Read moreVisited Seasons 52 for the 1st time with a gift certificate I received for the holidays. Our Server Alex was friendly, efficient and shared some of his favorite dishes with us. Setting is warm and cozy. It was cold in FL the evening we went and I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant in a Fancy Ski resort up north with the beautiful fire, cozy atmosphere and warm lighting. They were busy but the service was quick and quality of food was amazing. They had a winter menu that offered a huge variety a various prices. Alex informed us of their happy hour for future visits and I can't wait to give that a try. I wasn't happy with the reservation process which is why I rated 4 of 5 stars. Tried 1st online and there wasn't anything available within the hour, so I bumped up the time 30 minutes and it appeared not to register as message stayed the same. Frustrated I called, hostess answered quickly and put me on a more than a brief hold before even finishing her sentence. I realize it is our busy season but she wasn't pleasant on the phone. We were 10 minutes late and waited to be seated for 10 more minutes which I was ok with. It appeared that one of the managers noticed us waiting and he seated us promptly. This impressed me and I forgot about the unpleasant hostess. My fiance and I were dressed nice but carrying our motorcycle helmets. I didn't feel like we were made to wait because we were "bikers" but maybe the manager observed something we didn't and made up for it if that was the case. He even asked us about our ride in the cold. Great Management in my opinion. We will be...
Read moreIf you are on a date; this is your restaurant. If you take your in laws out and don’t want to see their faces up bright; this is the place. If you want to see well groomed people; this is the environment. If you want to eat your next revelation; this is NOT your restaurant. It is just ok. A well manage corporate restaurant, that has very good efficient service. Service adds even more to the cause when there is a party of six or more like we were. The place was not feeling up very much at noon; crowd is different at night though. Avocado toast (Wood-grilled sourdough, toybox tomatoes, sliced chives, glazed balsamic.) appetizer was nice. Not too much garlic ( so greatly appreciate in this type of “cuisine “) The toast was perfectly crunch, avocado fresh. I would say a good try. The Maui Tuna Crunch ( tuna, organic greens, mango, almonds, toasted sesame dressing) appetizer was ok. Too much mango taste, sesame dressing did not lift the tuna flavor. It was a bit dull. Some Hoisin sauce or even glazed teriyaki would have cut the insipid.
My main dish was unfortunately not their signature. Wood-Grilled Boneless Rainbow Trout (Roasted asparagus, marble potatoes, dill-mustard sauce.)Trout was dry, asparagus too hard and dull. Potatoes were ok with the mustard sauce quite well managed.
Desserts are fun. They have a good variety of this mini platers that could pass for a sample but that are cute and too sweet for a bigger size. My Key Lime Pie (Mini graham cracker crust, lime cream, whipped cream) Deserts are a good entertainment, which goes with the restaurant’s main idea....
