Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

It's unfair to rate them fully due to we didn't get anything to eat or drink from there.

My 4 star rating is solely from the dining area cleanliness and the tightiness from where we got our beverages (Slurpee and Soda machines).

Now I'm really unsure as to who's responsibility it is, Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks for each of those thing's, but both were in need of attention for sure!

The Slurpee and Soda machines had a garbage can so literally over flowing with napkins and drink straw wrappers it was very unsightly, especially while trying to enjoy our Pizza's!

Also there was no salt or pepper packets, none at all with the napkins and Parmesan cheese packets, but the other was stocked full.

As for the tables, there were several to choose from, yet many were in need of wiping, again not sure who's responsibility that was either but almost every table needsd to be cleaned.

Starbucks had a very long line while we were trying to eat. It was alittle unnerving having people looking at you eating while they waited for...

The owners really need to take a step in and review their staff. They are missing out on a ton of revenue due to managements TERRIBLE customer service. The lack of customer service we have these days is unreal. I have gone in three times to purchase a liquid pump and was told the first time to come back as they were waiting for shipment, i come back again and was rudely spoken to, even asked if i can pre-purchase it before they place their shipment. Benefit of the doubt shes young and clearly hates her job… But this is the economy we live in, all entitled and thats the new generation of workers.. Come back again and was eye rolled and told i cannot purchase it. Lovely staff members. They require you to go outside if you are eating or drinking there. This has the advantage of keeping the business clear of tutoring sessions, which I know are necessary, but which take up full tables for 2 people for hours. Nice thing to do, but it ties up the business. They have free rooms at the library for this activity if it cannot be done at home.
