Crumbl — Restaurant in Stuart

Placed and order online for curbside pick up. Got to the store checked in on the text, and it said order will be right out. Waited over 10 mins and no one came out with the delivery. Got tired of waiting so I went inside. And employee came out a couple mins later and ask if I needed help. I ask if they no longer do curbside she replied yes. I said my order was curbside. She said or I thought it said pick up. I also tipped for a curbside delivery which I did not receive ( I don’t have and issue tipping for services I receive but in this instance the employee literally did nothing) I called the store requesting a refund on my tip which I told was going to be done, but still never got refunded. I also tried doing the customer service survey on the app and to my surprise when I clicked on it the link it was no longer available. I traveled all the way from Broward county to surprise my nieces after work. We decided to pick up crumble cookies pulled up at 9:45. Lights was still on 3 young girls(one had red hair) and one young man working in the front picking up (THEY CLOSE AT 10pm). As my nieces get down from the car to open the door to enter crumble the employees DROPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING ALL RAN TO THE BACK AND TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS. MY NEICES JUST STANDING THEIR AND THE EMPLOYEES COME BACK LIKE LAUGHING IN OUR FACES MAKING SURE WE LEFT. I am absolutely in love with Crumbl cookie anything there’s that is strawberry or confetti, cookie or cake I am absolutely obsessed with. I was so happily surprised when I received my order and they threw in about five or six mini cookies in along with my order of my favorite cookie. It really made my whole day. I definitely recommend this location to everybody. Their cookies are always the best. The people that work.
