Marshalls — Local services in Stuart

If there was minus rating I would rated. My wife and I went to Marshall in Port Saint Lucie west which they just open up. My wife likes a purse which was lock with security lock so I was looking for someone to help me. No one to be found so I went to front cashier’s in Front. I asked for help and no one has access to unlock it. They say they call someone but someone never came. Waited for 10min. Finally I just left. If this kind of services you want go to this store. I told cashiers never mind I am leaving surprise no one stop me. I went to Ross next door and send $800.

It's a love hate relationship with Marshall's. I love all of my great clothing finds and cologne finds and some others. But I hate all that spending that comes after. Everything is a great deal I've save hundreds if not around a thousand on my favorite clothing brand!! And Unlike Ross that has Humongous lines all the time and your waiting forever to check out in which i left multiple times. Even though there may be a long line everybody gets checked out fast and every associate is always nice and carries a conversation about the fine that I made so I...

Overall vibe -- depression and empty racks. Not much of a selection in shoes, women's clothing, or beauty products. The shelves were a mess.

I did not find skirts anywhere. There was no one available to ask. Employees seemed like they were in a galaxy far away -- and were in no hurry to check customers out.

I almost abandoned my cart at the checkout, but I rationalized that it would have been a waste of the half-hour that I spent scouring the store for the items I needed.

Maybe they were just having a bad day. I might try them again...
