Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I ever had. The barista was unsure of the recipes, which would be fine if they asked for help but they didn't. They put espresso in my latte that was sitting for a few minutes- because after making 3 of the 4 drinks in my order, then proceeding to prepare two Frappuccino and two shaken iced teas on the next order instead of doing the final drink on my order. There were only 2 people working at 2 pm on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, obviously that was poor management. I grabbed the first couple items to take back to my table, and she said ‘you’re welcome’, as if to suggest I was supposed to thank her each time I came back to grab each item. When I returned the second time, she did it again. I asked her why she would say that and she said she was being polite. I told her, no, that’s being rude. She also ignored the FedEx driver who was super patient with her. She made him wait in line and when a customer finally suggested she help him first, she gave attitude to him. They make for a rousing game of fencing 😂. The my White chocolate milk with caramel did not turn out quite like I wanted it not as sweet As I would have liked. But it was still good overall.
