Highly disappointed & have never been through an experience like this with this Olive Garden in 19 years of eating at this location. I ordered Togo, pick up was at 9:30pm I arrived at 9:25pm . I asked 3 different people for my food, all hosts were sitting down taking pictures of themselves. No sense of urgency .Finally A host gave me my order @ 9:57pm, ripped my original receipt off of the bag which I thought was odd. Later realized he decided to take $4 tip for himself. I proceeded to my car, my food & bread sticks were cold. I politely asked for hot bread. It was returned to me with a smile, a tremendous amount of garlic & oil, as well as a huge bundle of hair wrapped around my bread sticks, one bread stick had a bite at the end of it which wasn't from me. At this point I had lost my appetite. They locked the door in my face as I walked up to the main door. I saved the food and returned it for my cash refund. I spoke to Manager Drew who instead of being apologetic, pointed the finger at me, saying: "you paid with a $100 dollar bill, you could imagine we get scammed alot" which has nothing to do with me. That was his reasoning for offering me a return in a gift card form instead of giving my cash back for his employees disgusting, disrespectful and malicious acts. He handed me my cash after 10 min unprofessional phone call, with no receipt & walked away.
His employees are immature, rude & need to be fired.
I pulled around to the togo area to ask for my original receipt which his host ripped off my bag, then I see the to go person ( who handed my bread to me with a smile the night I ordered Togo) she asked what I am here for. Which was none of her business as to why I was there. She insisted and proceeded to admit that she is for sure there was "No hair in my bread sticks" that she knew for a fact because her & another manager (the culinary manager ) helped bag it for her. I asked her how do you know I am here for a hair complaint? She was so scared she admitted it before I was able to turn my camera on . This is disgusting . The girl was about 30 years old long braids & glasses. I did not get an apology or an additional gift card for the inconvenience the blame was pointed at me. That I used a legal $100 (not my fault, I have $100 dollar bills) That's why I got wad of hair in my meal. & My original receipt taken off in front of me because his host scammed me & decided to take $4 for himself like he did something to deserve that. ( Never got my $4 back) He would not print me an original receipt or provide the host name, or other employees that were involved. The host who took my money was a (young white male) in the picture on his phone sitting down, and the togo person with the braids who put her hair. I will to complain to corporate. Eat at your own risk here. Unprofessional unsanitary and disrespectful. Disappointed how this entire situation was handled. These employees should not be able to serve here again, & need to be reprimanded...
Read moreWe are not given to giving reviews of any kind, but today we had the worst service of our lives at Olive Garden. We decided to go for lunch with the whole family and after entering we were served by a lady who from the beginning was interested in giving us the worst service. She first charged us with two salads (which are never ending) because I shared it with my husband. Second, she did not stop by our table to serve our drinks while our glass were empty, and tired of waiting we asked one of the manager Robyn if she could give us more salad and water because the server never came back to our table. Third, she charged our bill for two kid's cheese pizzas, when we only ordered one. When we politely asked her to fix the mistake, she told us that we had ordered two pizzas (crazy!) Shocked, we told her how was it possible for her to say such a thing when only one child had the order and he hadn't finished it. The server went to find Robyn, the floor manager. When she came to our table we explained the situation and Robyn accused us several times that she had seen two cheese pizzas on our table when she brought us the salad. There we explained to her that it was impossible when she showed her the only pizza order that was on the table and again she told us that she saw two pizza orders, making us look like liars. That's when I told her that she was a liar and that what she had seen were two orders of cheese ravioli and that they were not pizzas. Even so, she insisted and already angry with her, the other manager Jim arrived, who asked us to calm down, defending her and even saying that the missing pizza plate could have been placed and then removed (in this case, the server never appeared again). Then Robyn decided to say that she was going to fix the bill and Jim repeated to us, without being in our conversation from the beginning, and without being apologetic, that Robyn was just saying that she was going to fix the bill, when from the beginning she accused us of the opposite. not to fix the bill. She didn't even apologize for her false accusation, nor did he, for the poor service my family was receiving, instead she tried to defend Robyn. And yes, we got angry, because we had never been treated so badly and accused in such a way. The only words from her that resembled an apology were that "they are human and they make mistakes." And this after the meeting turned hot. We finally paid the fixed bill and the extra salad for sharing it with my husband. My conclusion: managers like these are the ones that affect businesses so that they end up in bankruptcy. "The customer is always right" doesn't...
Read moreMy family a Party of 15 chose to Dine at this restaurant not my preference but The Birthday girl’s choice She was visiting from SC so we wanted to celebrate her
It took an hour to seat us and they were extremely delayed to finally bring breadsticks salad and take our orders
One family member was pregnant and they basically forgot to bring out her appetizer she waited very long
They accidentally gave an alcoholic beverage to an underaged person no ID was requested 🤯🤯🤯🤯 They also messed up and attempted to serve a hard strawberry lemonade to another family member who doesn’t drink alcohol 😤
We did not get an offer to refill our drinks or table cleared off I actually had to keep flagging the servers down to ask them to take the dishes that we were done with to help clear the table
I sat in silence watching all of these things happen trying to ignore it all as to not spoil the occasion so as we waited since our orders took another hour to bring the food out we decided to sing happy birthday to my sister to pass the time and spread some cheer
We were then approached by a lady named Gwen that says she was a manager who told us to bring it down we were too loud and disturbing other people around us
I felt we were racially profiled the lady was black however I felt the only reason she felt empowered to say anything was because she thought as a black person as well maybe it wouldn’t seem like we were being singled out when we most certainly were so I addressed it to her and requested her name and the name her General Manager she went to get a card with the number when she returned I asked her to place it on the table as I was speaking to someone else preparing to write this review she then walked off with an attitude without leaving the card
I had to ask another manager named Hunter to retrieve her name and the information that I requested and to top it all off when the food was finally served it was cold.
I was extremely disappointed in the treatment we received I decided against choosing to eat this ruined my entire experience and a joyous occasion turned into me sitting to write this review instead of eating
And then to top it all off a white family started singing happy birthday and the restaurant staff actually joined in with them 🤯
the entire experience was horrible we were given subpar service and were mistreated In the process
I would never recommend anyone to dine here especially for your special occasion it probably won’t be treated as special so...
