I wish I could give ZERO stars! We ordered from this Chipotle on Uber Eats and it arrived a few minutes early.... the ONLY thing that was remotely close to being “good” about this meal. 4 out of 4 meals were WRONG. Including no fajita veggies on ANY of them... all 4 had ordered them, beans on the one that was supposed to have NO beans (bean ALLERGY), and PORK on one that was supposed to be chicken (pork ALLERGY)! My husband took the food back to the store (after paying for delivery) and was told they would NOT fix the steak meals because they were out of the missing ingredients (so by the time they got to eat their meals they had been delivered, returned, and then brought back... Stone cold and limp), but would redo the others. PROBLEM.... when they redid the two chicken meals they were apparently now out of fajita veggies, guacamole, tomato salsa, AND corn salsa! $10 a piece for a cardboard bowl of white rice, black beans, cheese, about 10 small pieces of lettuce, and sour cream! And we were told we could NOT have a refund.... try to get one through the app you used. So much for “customer satisfaction”! This location could NOT care LESS about their customers! Proven by the fact they didn’t even care they put the food that was AVOIDED DUE TO ALLERGY on the exact meal that should NOT have it! Worst service and worst food we’ve EVER gotten from a Chipotle anywhere! The chicken bowls tasted like sour cream. I tried adding canned corn, salsa and tomatoes to mine and in the end decided the corn tasted better plain right out of the can than it did with the chicken bowl. Could NOT have been more disappointing if they had tried! Truly a ZERO...
Read moreThis location is absolutely horrific. Abysmal, terrible, trash, unacceptable. They are always behind on mobile orders. EVERY time I order on mobile order I come at the scheduled time the app tells me and I end up waiting 20-30 minutes after the scheduled time EVERY time. Ive had it. Tonight was even worse. My food was supposed to be ready at 8:30pm. I did not get my order made till 9:35pm. Absolutely terrible. The employees had no sense of urgency. There were also 25 customers I counted waiting for their mobile orders. And the in store line was out the door with 30+ customers. The employees did not have anyone making online orders. All the mobile orders got ignored and they were only making in store orders. Where is the management? Where is the supervision? The employees eventually told everyone in line to leave because they were gonna try and catch up on the mobile orders finally. I even took a photo of the people waiting for their mobile orders. Its embarrassing. That is also unacceptable but I'm glad those people got to leave and spend their money elsewhere instead of this restaurant. This location deserves to go out of business. I finally got home with my order and of course the quality was horrible. Rice was hard and old. I cant believe i spent my money on this. Also i did not receive the chips i ordered with the points i redeemed to get them for free because the store ran out of chips. The employee told me I'll have to contact support to get my points back. Screw this place. I want my points back or my money back and I'll never come back to this location. I love chipotle food but this location is the worst...

When we returned for a refund Daneisha Perez (female with glasses), who stated she was the manager, was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She was being difficult about providing a refund because the cashier did not give us a receipt. I told her we were just there about 30 minutes ago can they locate the receipt in the transaction history. She continued stating she cannot do a refund without a receipt. She became combative telling us the food was fine and was refusing to give refund. The cashier was processing the refund while she continued to want to engage in an argument with us putting her finger in my husband’s face stating he was disrespectful and she wasn’t going to attend us. I told her my kid could get sick from the undercooked food that he ate and she said if he gets sick he gets sick. Clearly, provoking us to get out of character. She then called the police stating she was threatened when she was refusing to give us a refund. The cashier Ernesto processed the refund for us. Somehow he was able to magically process it without a receipt. Another couple that were in line said she is always this difficult, disrespectful and argumentative. They need to remove her from a customer facing role as she clearly is not equipped to deal with customers and instead of correcting issues she escalates things. If my son ends up with food poisoning, Daneisha and Chipotle are going to have a real problem because clearly for her to make that remark she probably knew the food was not right and didn’t care if...
