Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Well to start off, this wasn’t the first time I’ve been to this location. It was the second and the last time I go to this location. I only started going there because the one I would go to previously closed recently. The first time I went I didn’t pay attention to any details because I ordered to go. But this time I went with my friends and we decided to eat there. First things first, they didn’t have the whole selection of breads. We only had the choice between Italian and wheat. We also noticed that they’re selection of meat and cheeses were almost empty. I can say the same thing about the veggies. Empty. Watery. And noticeably old. They also didn’t have guacamole which is a personal favorite of mine. I ordered a chop salad with tuna. The fountain soda machine was out of order. No ice. No carbonation. And very warm. Well I had my meal and none of us were satisfied. The tuna had a terrible taste and it was very hard. When I finished, I got up to was my hands and when I get in the bathroom it smelled like someone recently used it (number 2). So I covered my nose and the I noticed that who ever was there last didn’t flush and I knew it wasn’t recent. After we finish and picked we went to throw the food away and the only trash was overflowing with trash and the was the straw that broke the camels back. I was officially disgusted and noxious and left immediately and vowed never to returned. Guys don’t come here. And if you do please report them or mention it to the obviously absent manager. So I've been here a few times now and here are my two cents

It is very obvious that there is a severe lack of management in this location.

The times I've gone they're almost always out of product (bread, meat etc). On my last visit they only had burnt Italian herbs and cheese bread and only two other selections.

The staff are basically a bunch of kids that have little to no training for the role. The last time I went they had rap music with lots of cussing playing over the speakers. Not a good impression for people who walk in there with children.

My biggest concern however is the freshness of the vegetables. On every visit I've noticed the lettuce looks like it's 3 days old. The tomatoes look dried out and the peppers also look stale. I really think they are just putting out the same produce everyday without discarding old produce. Major health violation.

Overall this place really needs to clean up it's act and have a strong managerial presence. Till then I highly advice...

Slowest service ever! I had to repeat my order 4 times, people who came after me left before me because his co-workers (who could see) he was out of it) didn’t help him. They were just standing there laughing about it. I finally told one of them to please help with my second sandwich because I had to leave. The guy apologized and said “I’m really tired.” Really? I work 55 hours a week and have a 1 1/2 year old! You’re tired?......... the kicker- this was a car-trip meal and he forgot to cut the wrap (very messy eating)....ps- no air...
