We had some time during our layover at the Miami Airport to grab something to eat before our connecting flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, but only two guys juggling orders and drinks. If we were pressed for time, we would have asked first. I felt they did a good job. They specialize in burgers, I guess we should have ordered one. We were there between breakfast and lunch. My grilled chicken piece was thin and over cooked. The bun and toppings were delicious, tho. The skinny sliced French fries were good. I was told the breakfast burrito was just OK. High prices for the quality, but Airport convenience is always more expensive. They also serve cocktails, beer, and milkshakes.

Omg one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. I could’ve had 2 but the fries! They were SO GOOD!!! I’ll make sure to stop by again next time I’m at the airport. The waiter seemed a bit on edge but he was still professional. One of our burgers was very red. You can order from your phone and pay right there. This one burger didn’t ask for how we wanted the meat so we sent it back and it came right back out -a little burnt on the outside but it was still really good.

The options for building your own burger are good, the quality of the good is good, and the fries are very good. The only real setback is the price; 5 burgers with two drinks was $150, which even for an airport restaurant is a little excessive. Overall decent experience.

By far, one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I chose a seat at the bar-end of the restaurant. There was no card or placard anywhere on the counter that claimed I was supposed to log into the menu online and order virtually, but when I waved over the bartender to ask after being ignored for 10 minutes, he seemed insulted and snippy that I didn't automatically know that myself. When I told him that I had encountered a glitch, one of the waitresses came over and got mad at me for "not doing it right." When SHE went behind the counter and adjusted the settings afterwards, then the issue was fixed. I ordered my meal: a custom burger with fries and water. When the burger and fries arrived, delivered by a different waitress, I tried to ask her about my water and was promptly ignored. Minutes later, I was finally able to get the bartender's attention so I could get my beverage; again, he seemed annoyed that I asked for what I ordered. The fries were cold, the burger was missing ingredients that I had ordered, and it tasted like all of its components were bottom of the barrel, low quality garbage. I was starving and wanting to leave ASAP, so I ate it. Not even 5 minutes into eating my food, the first waitress comes back, leans over my food, and demands that I pay for it immediately. "You have to close out of all of your apps, open the camera, scan the code, and I need to watch you pay for it before you ditch on us." What kind of service is that!? I hadn't even taken 3 bites of the burger! When I encountered a glitch again, she went behind the bar again to fiddle with the settings, came back to me, snapped my phone out my hands, and started typing away on my own device without my permission. Luckily, the issue was fixed, but I was appalled at her rude behavior! I left no tip, paid, and left. That was by far one of the most, if not the absolute most, unprofessional and inexcusable dining experiences I have ever witnessed. I was actively harassed by their staff for my money before my meal was even close to complete, and the rudeness I experienced for asking questions like, "How do I order," and, "May I please have my water," was beyond atrocious. Stay away from here; I have no idea how this place is still...

I wish I could do a better job of getting the word out there. This place is absolutely awful. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Short version - service is lacking, drinks aren’t good, food is subpar, and it’s overpriced.

I’ll start from the top. 1) No service - just online ordering at your table. This is maybe fine, except the whole thing is supposed to be custom ordering. Tons of staff just standing around throughout our visit (also maybe fine, but feeds into cost and therefor pricing). Also, they add an 18% automatic gratuity. Not sure what for since we do our own ordering online. 2) I had a margarita - it was a little sweet, but fine. My girlfriend had a lemonade - it was literally a “Simply Lemonade” in the bottle. 3) Ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower. It was way over-cooked, greasy, and didn’t taste like Buffalo. Buffalo cauliflower is one of my favorites and pretty hard to mess up. These were bland, and made me feel gross. 4) Everything came with plastic cutlery - both lazy and bad for the environment. 5) Shoestring fries were actually fine. 6) my girlfriend had a chicken sandwich. It was flat, dry, and mostly bland. She ate less than half. 7) I got the Miami burger. It wasn’t good, and came out extremely rare (upon reading other reviews this seems to be a theme - wish I had checked). 8) Extremely overpriced considering the quality and service. It wasn’t large portions, it wasn’t good, we didn’t feel taken care of. I can’t understand the value proposition. It was $75 (including the gratuity) for a bland, undercooked burger, a dry chicken burger, overcooked and greasy Cauliflower bites, a mediocre marg, and a small from-the-store bottle of lemonade.

Again, I wish there was a better way to announce that no one should ever come here. There are significantly better options very close by in the airport, and I imagine close by to anywhere one of...

Had a less than desirable experience today. Was not greeted by anyone when we walked in. We had to order off a mobile menu which is not a user friendly experience and was not guided by staff to do so. Once we received our beers one tasted off/flat. The gentlemen who seemed to be a manager of some type was rude and standoffish for no reason whatsoever when said something about it. The gentlemen said to me with a tone of aggravation and almost peacocking his chest “So what do you want me to do about it?” Confused I asked what will you do. And just kept repeating in the same tone what I wanted to do. He argued with me about the tap being hooked up to all the same carbonator and said “If that’s flat then they all are flat, so what do you want me to do?” I told the gentleman I wasn’t looking to argue with him about it and just wanted a resolution. He argued back with me saying I was arguing and just needed to tell him what to do. My wife and I were so Uncomfortable and his attitude was not acceptable. He also proceeded to complain about us to another staff member, so unprofessional. If your reading this mister, Get another job if you unhappy with what your doing. You never argue with a customer when they are paying for service, food and experience. A simple, “can I get you something else?” Would have went a long way. I work in retail and where I come from customer service is top notch, especially when something is wrong! Never would I have ever treated a customer regardless of paying money or not the way we were treated me! And it was too bad because the food was pretty good, I did eat even though I was terrified of mistreatment of my food. Stay away from this place if your looking to be treated...
