INTERNAL AFFAIRS! 😎 I waited one week to post this review, because when I spoke with their customer service I was assured that a district manager would contact me. Obviously even at that level they're not interested in providing service to the customer!
Internal affairs, when I spoke with the manager a bit later on, and she couldn't find my transaction. But she said she went all the way back to breakfast that same day... You have a bigger problem, than mine. That means somebody stealing from you 💁
I pulled to the drive-thru and ordered a $5 biggy bag, and upgraded the fries to baconator. A #4 chicken sandwich, and a bacon cheddar baked potato. I asked also for an extra cup of cheese on the side.
When the bag with food was handed to me, not only did the extra cup of cheese empty in the bag, but the baconator fries were not even closed. I angled the bag towards the cashier at the window so she could see the mess that was made. Is this done intentionally? Or are they really just that careless when everything is tossed in the bag?
Nothing from the cashier in the way of... Oh I'm sorry! Let me remake your food. No she just proceeded to hand me another cup of cheese. I had asked for my receipt twice, and was blown off. When I tried to take the food out of the bag, it splattered all over my blouse, so I went home.

Read more3 of 4 workers are LAZY. I call it like I see it. I went there at 7:30 am on May 18th. Nobody and I do mean nobody was working drive thru I pulled up Sat there 5 min then went inside. I was shocked to see a worker sitting at a table stuffing her face, 1 standing behind the counter leaning on a wall busy on her phone, I assume since she had the head phones on she was supposed to be working drive thru, 1 was actually working he was mopping the floors, the cook briefly appeared then went back into I say hiding. The girl in her phone had no clue I was even there until I made noise then waited on me with an attitude bc I was interrupting her, then got an even bigger attitude bc I paid cash and that meant she had to give me change. The one stuffing her face gave me a dirty look bc well I guess somebody saw her not working. I saw 6 cars pull up to the drive thru and then leave bc nobody was working at the drive thru. You are loosing business bc of lazy workers !! Nobody wants to see workers stuffing their face and playing on their phone. Business isn't slow it is non workers causing people to leave and go someplace else. Bad workers equals bad business. Read more⭐️⭐️ I visit this Wendy’s regularly since it’s right by my job at Sam’s Club. I want to start by saying the staff I’ve interacted with seem to be doing their best and are generally respectful—not rude at all. However, the way this location is managed definitely needs improvement.
Almost every time I stop by during my 30-minute break, there’s only one person working the register, even though I can clearly see other employees in the back. This creates unnecessary wait times, especially during lunch rush. By the time I get to place my order, wait for the food, and try to eat, my break is basically over.
While this doesn’t happen every single time, it happens often enough that it’s become frustrating. I truly don’t think this is a staff problem—it looks more like a management issue around staffing, scheduling, or how shifts are being handled.
I’m sharing this because I’d love to keep coming here, but the experience needs to be faster and more organized—especially during peak hours.no even an acknowledgment like. “Hey ‘ I on own it’s taking a bit long but I’ll help you or one of my coworkers as soon as we become available.
