Disappointed twice within 2 weeks- I went through the drive-thru after Bible study- arrived a little after 8 pm. Ordered a combo, a $5 bag, and a happy meal. Asked for 3 different drinks and honey mustard for nuggets in one of the meals. I was instantly parked, even though there was no one in the drive-thru but me. After a few minutes, an employee brought our drinks and 3 meals in 3 bags. Before I drove off I checked the bags: All the French fries were room temperature, Was missing the sandwich from one bag, No straws for the drinks, Sauce missing for the nuggets, No napkins. To be parked and missing items (this was deja vu from last Wednesday) is inexcusable, I'm sorry. There were 2 employees taking out trash, there were 4 employees inside the restaurant behind the counter, no customers inside, and I was their only car. Don't know why my order was given little consideration when they weren't busy or working on any orders. I love that everyone inside was wiping counters and sweeping floors, but to mess up on your only order? I had to go inside and get my order corrected. They apologized and gave me what was missing and corrected what was cold. Not coming back to this location at night unless I see a good stream of cars in drive-thru. Sorry. It's a...
Read moreI'm not overly critical of any establishment. When getting fast food, I know the work environment isn't the best and mistakes do happen.
But one out of every three times I get food here, it's messed up, and when you average out the cost of what you order versus what you actually get, the price goes up quite a bit.
Just picked up food, two burgers were wrong and one burger was apparently involuntarily donated to someone else because I never got it. Involuntary donations are usually referred to as theft.
Over the last couple years, I've lost count of the number of burgers, fries, nuggets, and other things I've paid for and just never got. On top of that, I'm tired of the things I actually receive being messed up. There must be some affinity for onions here because it's almost not worth the effort to ask for no onions. I'll often get onions no matter how many times I ask to not get onions.
Wendy's food is good and fairly priced, but when you consider how likely it is to be made incorrectly or just not given to you entirely, it's an awful and expensive place to...
Read moreI went to this Wendy's at 11:30 PM and received the best service I have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. Brandon L, the window cashier, let me know that my food was being made fresh. Naturally, I was excited to get a fresh burger and fries as I usually end up with stale fries and a crappy burger from these places so late at night. While I w as waiting, Brandon was friendly and was trying to strike up a conversation with me to lighten the wait for my food. Being a shy person, I mostly responded with short simple answers, but I was happy to have spoke with him.
I won't go into too much detail, but as far as I am concerned my transaction was very successful on the customer service aspect, and the employees of the shift should be applauded for their effort to bring me such good service. I did not mind waiting for fresh food, but someone that was not expecting it would probably be happy with the service as well.
I'll definitely go back to this specific Wendy's, even though...
