This place is only gettung q star for quality of food buut the rest was due to time and money wasted! Placed order online for carside delivery, waited 1hr 20 for order to actually be ready, 50 minutes before the order even said it was in the oven after the initial its being prepared, and another 20-30 minutes after online said the order was ready, they were putting the last thing in. Freaking horrible I had to get out my car to go get the order with my kids in the car alone after 11 at night. They even looked at the order a few minutes after putting it on the shelf and nobody bothered to bring it outside. So I sat 5 more minutes to see if that was possibly someone else's order and 3 other cars came up got their food and left. So I finally go back in to check on the order and that's my order sitting, "oh your carside", đlike I talked to u directly about the order 20 minutes ago and u said u were the 1 doing that order and you'll bring it out. 2 out of 5 times coming here for carside were excellent đ order on time, order perfect, came right out on arrival, other 3 had to wait longer than expected. This 1 was the worst, I'm mad my normal location Wasnt allowing carside tonight otherwise I would've went to old hallsferry and wouldn't have spent money on food that the kids were too tired and fussy to eat and because I got pissed my appetite for the night is gone so now all of it is going in the fridge to be eaten later tomorrow and the kids will be gone so now it's all for me.    Read moreThe Florissant,MO Dominos is the absolute worst location. I ordered a pizza online at 7:15 PM. Based on their online tracker the pizza was out of the oven and ready by7:23PM. I did not receive my pizza until 8:40PM. Apparently they didnât have drivers so for over an hour my pizza sat in their store.
By the time it reached me it was stale, hard and cold. I called and spoke to someone claiming to be the manager and they said if I wanted a new pizza it would be another hour and a half wait. He finally ageeed to give me a refund of my order but that should have been done anyway at a minimum.
You need to learn better customer service. My wait was not acceptable and your attitude and lack of concern for my delay shows how little you value your customers. If I had been advised up front there would be a delay I honestly would have accepted that. I understand things happen. I donât know why you made my pizza though since you knew it was going to sit for over an hour. I donât care if it was under a warmer, that does not keep it hot and the pizza I got was inedible.

The most recent time ordering is today and I placed an order online at 12:58; it is now currently 1:58 and I still have not received my food. I was quoted 30-40 min delivery time. When I called the store to inquire about my order, I was greeted with a , âwe arenât delivering right now, what do you want?â I explained the situation that I had ordered online and that the tracker said the food was out for delivery at 1:31 and I still havenât received my food and that I was calling to check on the status of it. The employee said, âhe left the store a while ago and it should be there soonâ. After our brief interaction, I could tell by her demeanor and tone that she had no intention of digging into this matter to see why I havenât received my food yet or even offer the smallest apology for me having to wait so long.
