After deciding to write a review; I looked over the other reviews and this location is right on par with 99% of the other reviews. Except, I gave it 2 starts rather than one.
First things first, “this place needs more training” and by training I mean shut the location down and send your managers and associates to customer service 101. Not only were the associates making sandwiches confused on orders and the jimmy john process; the “manager(s)” or whoever was in-charge needs to learn about communication toward employees and the actual paying customer service industry. Honestly, this location is jokingly said to be ran by a bunch of millennials; by which I mean entitled, problem solving inept, and lack of chivalry towards paying customers.
About our experience: the order was wrong from the get-go. So, I took the order to the cash register and stated the issues. 2 wrong sandwiches (which I found out later the 3rd sandwich was wrong too but my daughter ate it because she was too tired to deal with sandwich issues) and 1 missing sandwich. The “manager” was rude and scalding under his mask. He couldn’t understand why a plain turkey would need lettuce when the customer asks for it; so inconceivable! The manager literally wanted to stomp his foot and sigh. Not one time did he ever say we are sorry and we will make the order right; in fact I can’t remember anyone in the place taking the time to say we will make this right and/or I’m sorry. Anyways, the order was not right and that’s what it is. Then they tried to re-make sandwiches and the staff was confused to which who was making what sandwiches. It was embarrassing....
In the end, the food was adequate but service left us to say we will spend our money elsewhere.
We did get a thank you from one of the associates on the way out (he must have been in the back the whole time) but nothing from the manager or anyone that helped us with our order. I can see why this place is rocking the one and two star reviews. I gave two stars because in the end we did get the sandwiches that were Jimmy’s quality and taste; but I can see why they get one star reviews at this location. I’ll pay more for better service any day. Very disappointed.
03/25/21 Just an update to my review. I was contacted by Jimmy John's corporate and they seemed like it was important to fix any concerns or issues that we experienced during our visit. Emails were direct and a corporate review was asked which I filled out and sent ( I took time to fill out "Your review platform to evaluate your restaurant franchise"). No response yet back from corporate. Corporate also stated that this was a "locally" owned establishment and not corporate franchise. I've never heard anything from the franchisee or anyone related to the location ask about further inquiry to our experience or that they were going to fix anything moving forward.
This is what I am taking away from this experience.....I came, I saw, they heard my complaint and onto the next customer.....very disappointed. Now that corporate got involved and nothing happened this makes me want to not ever go to a Jimmy John's. Jimmy is definitely showing his true colors. I can get a freaky fast sub anywhere with much better quality at a better price-point with much better customer service; the choices are vast. I'm available to contact again if anyone from corporate would like to talk about this event more. Now you get 1 star.
4/23/21 Update Still nothing from anyone from the store location and/or corporate. This is the last time I update this review unless I get an actual call from “them”. Still disappointed and they don’t even care to make it right other than writing a “corporate” review for them. Read moreJust went there for lunch. There were 4-5 employees and 0 customers besides us. Ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my kids. My son doesn’t like the produce so I got him a slim. Asked them for a litttle mayonnaise and was told they can’t do that. I asked why and they said they can give me a mayonnaise packet. I said that didn’t make sense and they said it was company policy. I get that it says meat and cheese only but I thought that meant no produce. If it was really about the money saved for mayo then why did they offer a packet? I went ahead and paid. Got the food and there were no mayonnaise packets. So I went back and they gave me a packet.
As I was eating my food I thought about how stupid that was and glanced at the receipt. They didn’t charge me for the 2 bags of chips. Normally I would point out that I have chips and keep in mind my kids were standing next to me with the chips. It was pretty obvious they had them. But it was more important to save 3 seconds of labor than to complete the sale and make customers happy.
So when I was leaving I told the cashier that he was too busy telling me he can’t put mayo on my sandwich, that he didn’t charge me for the chips. I gave them back unopened. He said (twice) have a nice day, have a nice day. GREAT POLICY!!! We...

I walked in before 8pm and they already looked to be closing up: chairs up, bread piled oddly, all the ingredients out of their containers, counter looked dirty, worst of all mop and bucket very close to food left out. Then the staff - 1 guy and 2 girls were very rude, non-welcoming, really could careless customers walked in. I had to ask if they were opened still. I got a yes but nothing more. They kept ignoring me and shutting down basically. One girl walked from the back and was rubbing her nose consistently, multiple piercings appeared to be bothering her.
