went today and last week and had the same problem with the same white man twice. i ask for condiments when i order the food through the speaker. i receive no condiments when im handed my food. and when i wait there at the window to ask for some he responds disrespectfully and hands me one single condiment for 2-3 meals. not sure if he has hearing problems or if hes slow but he needs to be dealt with. not sure what the situation is with the condiment supply but when i ask for a condiment at the speaker there should be no issue getting me condiments that i have asked for and if i have to pay for extra then by all means charge me. im a customer im there to spend money. the fact that this happened twice shows how poorly managed this place is. management needs to teach that white man about customer service, how to listen, how to use his brain, and maybe some manners. and if he is management which appeared to be the case may the lord be with that...

I wanted an extra side of cranberries for my salad and was told $.60 which I didn’t mind until I asked for my receipt. Along with the receipt I was handed back a quarter and didn’t really hear the explanation because I was taking a phone call but the receipt showed the total was only $.27 why was I told $.60? No idea, however if someone is willing to try and make extra $.33 by being unethical and making up prices to pocket the rest then just be precautionary about paying in cash and not getting a receipt back. At this location you might be over paying. Also for Allyson: I was asking about other options for cheese on the salad and I was told by her Wendy’s only has American, however after looking online there is also cheddar. But for the past month including 4 Sundays and a few trips for lunch on random days the weeks, this location is 100/100 at being a terrible experience. And, trying to give constructive feedback to the manager is a waste of words, especially when it comes to the drive-thru communications. This manager needs to look in the mirror - and HQ is going to hear about this (I know they care). The 'what do you want' attitude as well as impatience and sarcasm when YOUR CUSTOMER asks for just a second to double check the menu at the drive-thru dissolves all notion for expecting a good fast-food experience.
